We recently purchased an apartment on Santa Rosalia Lake and Life Resort in Murcia. We appointed Fuster and Associates as our legal representatives. They were very professional, responsive and helpful throughout the whole process, navigating us through the Spanish conveyancing system that can be complex. Any questions asked were responded to promptly by Lydia who was our assigned Legal Assistant. We would highly recommend using them for a stress free experience.

From start to finish Fuster and Associates, more so Klaudia, have been first class with helping me purchase my first property in Spain. Everything was explained well and efficiently. The purchase took 8 weeks and I was informed of everything as it was happening.

Fuster and Associates have been my solicitors in Spain from the time I purchased a property until I sold it some years later. Their assistance and guidance has been invaluable. Without ther solicitors and in paticular Lydia (legal assistant) I would have had great difficulty in finding my way through the everyday problems that a foreign country can throw up.

We had a good experience with the company. It starded with a fast last minute appointment. From that moment on we had contact with Tommi Noël who handled the complete case. Even when he moved to another office. We could have choosen a lawyer that speaks Dutch, but Tommi explained everything very clear and we trusted him.
