I have worked with Futura at multiple times over my career and have found them to be incredibly helpful, professional and reliable in an area which can be tricky to navigate.

I have always been kept up to date with progress on applications and contract renewals. The team are also very prompt with payments and I have never once had to chase for extra information.

They were very pro active, keep me updated all through the job search process, and acted in a very professional way. Even though at times it was tough going they kept persevering on my behalf.

I was approached by Jack Slater, a Recruitment Consultant at Futura Recruitment for a role in Automotive Industry. Even though that role didn't work out for me, throughout the process Jack was transparent, answered all my questions patiently and was very responsive in communication. He updated me on the status of my application regularly and managed my expectations at each step. I hope other recruiters look at Jack as an example on how to work with candidates/job seekers. I wish Jack all the best for his future recruiting career!

What can I say. Great company. I have worked through Futura Design as a contract modeller for over a decade. I would highly recommend them as an approachable automotive design consultancy and agency.

There are very few agencies that I would recommend to anyone. Futura has proved to be an exceptional family-run business over the course of the 10 years that I have been working in the design business. I have worked consecutively over the last 10 years with Futura Recruitment- They sent me on my first contract after university.

They have placed me in 3 of the worlds largest automotive companies based in Europe. Also there is a vast number of professionals represented by Futura in all the studios I have worked at. So theirs always a colleague to ask about any questions you might have, especially if you are taking your first contract.

They have a reputation among contractors that they are never late on a payment, and thus far in the 10 years I have worked for them they have never been late or missed a payment.

I would highly recommend them if your taking your first contract or your 10th.

I was dealing with Rebecca from Futura for a legal position in Birmingham. I am due to start the position soon.

Rebecca, knowing that I was not from Birmingham, met with me at the train station and walked me to the interview. Rebecca was extremely informative and transparent about the role and the company as a whole. She kept in regular contact, updating me along the way whilst the company were interviewing other applicants and relayed my position to the company with regard to relocating and expectations.

After being offered the position, Rebecca contacted me at least once a week to see how things were going, she was an excellent liaison between me and the company during the preliminary stage of exchanging employment details etc...

All in all, I couldn’t fault the experience and would definitely recommend Futura for any professional looking to take that step forward.

I have dealt with Futura for over 20 years and they have always been professional and efficient. They have always kept me informed of possible employment and have been polite in their communications.
As and agent for clay modelling they have been top quality and I will always call them first.

Great experience overall! First time I have been contracting and had to deal with an agency and have to say all has run smoothly. All questions (which there were a fair few) were answered quickly and efficiently by the Futura team. I would gladly use them again in the future.

After applying for a role before Christmas, my application got instantly rejected. Then a couple of months later, someone else from the recruitment agency said I had got an interview with the role I applied for even though it was rejected?

So when the interview came, I was dealt with by another person as the second one had gone on maternity.

Went to my interview, got told I get feedback within a week. I chased up twice after the week and kept getting "we will get back to you" and I never heard from them again.

Very chaotic experience and poor for a recruitment agency not to chase the company that I interviewed with.

EDIT: I was only explained what happened after I left this review. Before that, I heard nothing else. This could of been explained to me when I was asking for updates but had no response at all.

I have used Futura since graduating from my MA degree from RCA in 2015. Futura have always gone out of their way to ensure everything is running smoothly with my contracts and stayed in constant contact through out. I have never had any issues with the company and would strongly recommend Futura to any contractor. I have dealt with them through MA final degree sponsorship, and 3 agency contracts with various companies and the team has always put my best interests at heart in a professional manor. Thanks to all the team at Futura and look forward to continually working together on future contracts
