I've worked with Futura for over 2 years now and they have been a delight, very punctual with all areas, in constant contact if I need to chat and incredibly friendly. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a new opportunity in the design world.

I had a very good experience with Futura. Very friendly and competent recruiters provided me all necessary information which was crucial for me being not familiar with UK system.

Futura moves things very quickly - from initial information, through the interview process, salary negotiations up to the contract.

The constant exchange of the information gives you a feeling of being taking care of in a very honest and sincere atmosphere.

Futura Recruitment is a proactive company, specialising in the automotive sector, and seem to have candidate care at the heart of everything that they do. They go out of their way to build a professional relationship and understand your current needs.

I have been working with Lucy Wynn, and her approach seems to be that nothing is too much trouble (even after normal office hours). They also work with you on your CV and covering letter, suggesting changes to maximise your chances, and unlike other's, they proactively chance feedback from companies and help you make sense of it so you can improve.
