Incredibly dissapointed with my experience with this company. Especially because I used them before and had a great experience.

The work was initially so bad I thought it was a joke. I understand the initial quality probably meant restoration wasnt possible but they should have communicated this.

After some very very slow back and forth I finally got a refund for one of the pictures. (Not the other)

Worst of all the company completely ghosted me. If they'd been honest at the start I could have gone with another company but they messed me around for 2 months.

Outstanding Service. Perfectly restore my old photos.

Paid for my copies, it's been a month and haven't received them. Sent emails no reply. Anxious customer wanting photo of my parents. There is no phone number to contact them. Please just want what I paid for.😔

Was very happy with the work performed and the length they went to with to adjust anything to bring it up to my satisfaction, if that was necessary. Have already repeated work wsith them.

We had only one blurry photograph of my father-in-law who passed away years ago.
Futura Photo are the best others turned me away they couldn’t restore the photo.

I needed advice about getting a publication quality enhancement of a friend's photo and threw in a couple of our own pictures to see what could be done with them.
I chose Futura Photo primarily because of their location as I would have to physically take the friend's emotionally valuable photo album to Futura.
Lewis and Marco were very helpful and prompt in their communication with me
As it turned out the scan done on the friend's photo was no better than the existing one so that job and one of our photo jobs did not proceed for that reason. However the scans for these photos were done free of charge and they could be used at another time.
BUT FOR THE JOB THAT DID PROCEED WE WERE VERY HAPPY WITH BOTH THE TECHNICAL RESULTS ACHIEVED AND THE QUALITY OF CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT WE RECEIVED.
Price.was a bit higher than some other restoration specialists but in our opinion was worth it for what we got and how we were treated. .

Very happy with the service we got and also the end product was very good.photo were delivered in the time frame we were given with the quote. Thank you so much
