I have to say I don’t usually write reviews but I was amazed at how good they were. The lady jay she called and explained everything to me asking me or my partner to call when I’m hospital. We kept her informed through our journey and she was there as promised.
Would highly recommend if it is a process your looking at!

I would strongly recommend using Future Health Biobank, they answered all my questions, the collection on the day of my baby’s arrival was completely stress free. In fact, it was the easiest part of the day! A couple of texts to phlebotomist Montana (who was fantastic) on the day and she arrived without problem. Hopefully I’ll never need to use the stem cells but it’s peace of mind for the future.

We were quite late when reach for their service. However they were very quick and efficient in their respond and set up everything within a day. I got the kit next day . Also they did have really good price match and finance service.
On the actual day there’s this lady who came to cut the cord but due to my complications she had to wait 10h . Was real pleasure dealing with them very professional.
Oh and they gave us a cute card for the newborn baby so touching!

Future Health Biobank were faultless from start to finish, providing the best care and customer service I've probably ever experienced in the medical field. A seamless collection - I was busy having a c sec, and blissfully unaware of what was going on until I was told it was done and sample promptly collected before I even had time to ask. To anyone considering banking with Future Health - do it.
