Ordered a pedal on tuesday, reasonable price and freight charges, delivered next monday according to promised delivery timing. Super fast reply (with extreme kindness, detail not to be overlooked) to my question via e-mail, parcel-tracking available for the delivery for extra safeness.

My order was shipped the day after I placed my order... And I received it in France three days after the shipping. So, it was fast! I also received updates by e-mail and was able to track the delivery along the way.
It was well packed and protected, perfect conditions.
I sent an e-mail to tell them I was happy with my order and I got a nice reply: no doubt, this is a good a customer service!
And finally... There aren't many places to buy Chase Bliss Audio pedals in Europe! FuzzMonster is one of the places... And just for distributing this brand, it makes FuzzMonster an awesome site to buy stompboxes!

Fuzz Monster has an awesome variety of pedals and an easy-to-navigate homepage. They act fast to my emails and pretty much run to the postoffice, when I click to place the order! Super friendly service, too.

If you know what you want and you're in to pedals, I highly recommend Fuzz Monster to you.

Although we currently live in an age of bounty in the guitar & effects world, with boutique makers (and big brands) working hard to surprise musicians with inspirational gear, it's sometimes hard to find these items in europe at reasonable prices.
