plataforma mala y desonesta

No puedes retirar a tu cuenta bancaria. Desde hace 15 días realicé un retiro y nunca llegó. Tampoco te contestan del soporte al cliente. No tiene sentido operar con un broker con el cual el dinero no llega a tu cuenta. Pedí el comprobante de la transferencia internacional SWIFT el cual jamás me entregaron. Solo se lavaron las manos diciendo que el problema es con mi cuenta bancaria. Además el que la app no esté disponible en Playstore es demasiado raro. Recomiendo buscar otro broker que tenga soporte real, pues FXOro está presentando desorganización en toda la marca.

I started working with Fxoro in 2018. At first, the only positive aspect was that withdrawals were processed quickly — usually within 3 days to my bank account. However, this does not compensate for the fact that deposits were always much higher than the withdrawals I could make.

Over the years, I invested more than €50,000. The account managers misled me repeatedly, taking advantage of my lack of market experience. They encouraged risky decisions and used extremely high leverage automatically, which quickly burned through my investment.

Customer support and account management were unprofessional and unhelpful. Rather than providing responsible guidance, they actively induced mistakes that led to major losses. To make matters worse, on November 2, 2025, Fxoro closed my account without my consent, citing “inactivity,” even though I had already lost almost all of my capital due to their practices.

Overall, my experience with Fxoro was extremely disappointing and frustrating. I strongly advise anyone considering investing with this broker to proceed with extreme caution.

El trato de la representante comercial, fue excelente, el acompañamiento de los expertos es muy bueno, ya que si uno está recién empezando, no se siente solo.

Con mucha adrenalina y aprendizaje,creo en FXORO y seguiré aprendiendo y lo mas importante no operar por emociones sino con un plan

ESTIMADOS, EL SERVICIO ES MUY BUENO Y LA PLATAFORMA TIENE SUS VENTAJAS PERO ES MUY COMPLICADA DE USAR. NO ES CLARA Y LOS ACTIVOS ESTAN MUY SEPARADOS UNOS DE OTROS. YA QUE ESTÁ PENSADA PARA PRINCIPIANTES DEBERÍAN SIMPLICAR EL SISTEMA. HE ESTADO EN OTRAS COMO VENTURY Y SON MUCHOS MAS SENCILLAS. QUIZAS ESE SEA UN PUNTO A MEJORAR.
TODO LO DEMÁS... ASISTENTES, DEPÓSITO, EXTRACCIONES ES MUY CORRECTO

Can never forget the worst experience i had with them , the accounts manager gave me a wrong trade and it washed out my account, while invested they promised me my account is safe and insured even if something unexpected happens we can retrieve the money but finally they didnt give me money...
worst software, and there spread charges and other charges are very high...
