I’ve been using FXView for some time, but my recent experience with their withdrawal process has been extremely disappointing. I submitted a withdrawal request expecting a straightforward and timely transaction—but instead, it’s been delayed far beyond any reasonable timeframe.

Despite multiple follow-ups, I’ve received no clear explanation or meaningful resolution from their support team. The lack of transparency and urgency is unacceptable, especially for a financial service provider. As traders, we rely on timely access to our funds, and FXView has completely failed to deliver on that.

Thankfully, as reflected in my display name and profile image, I was able to recover my money with the help of a third party. But I wouldn’t recommend FXView to anyone until they drastically improve their withdrawal process and customer support.

If you’re considering using their platform, be aware of the potential risks when trying to access your own funds.

The chat service is very good

It’s just the customer care for me, very poor at customer service or care, no one to contact because I needed my proof of address verified, it’s over 3 days now and nothing yet, still pending without a reason

What really sold me on Fxview was their customer support. I had a small question regarding my account settings and their team guided me through every step, checking back to make sure I was satisfied. It felt like I was talking to an acquaintance rather than a scripted call center. That personal touch is hard to come by these days.

The advanced tools on Fxview’s platform are a dream if you’re into technical analysis. I love testing out indicators, and the interface is flexible enough to handle my experiments. The option for higher leverage is tempting, but I’m equally impressed by how easy it is to set tight stop-loss levels. It’s a broker that seems to prioritize both innovation and trader safety.

I am upgrading my review to 3 stars from 1 star since FxView is replying me with a proper answer. So it turns out that they need me to open ActTrader account in order to use their API. I opened it and send them the ID. Let's see how it turns out.

I am very disappointed with this experience, and unless they improve their withdrawal process, I cannot recommend FXView to other traders. If you're considering using their platform, be aware of the potential delays and poor customer support when it comes to accessing your own money.

Customer support is excellent, they help perfectly fine... Slippage and latency is perfect. Their server is exactly fine. Do not get lost between lots of brokers. At that time when I write that there is a 100% bonus.

They have trading platforms - But I hope they will offer MT4 platform too. As I am too much dependent on that.
