Do not order from here. I got a message on May 27th 2020 about the brand ambassador so I ordered one Necklace and paid £8 p&p for it, it’s currently 15th March 2021 and it still hasn’t arrived. I’ve tried messaging them numerous times but no reply.
i ordered a few different necklaces from then on may 27, 2020 and it is currently february 17, 2021 and i still haven’t received them. i have contacted them a few times and i have never once got a response back. high recommend not ordering from this place. waste of money.
Fraud, SCAM, LIES DON'T DO IT!!!! THE ONLY BRAND AMBASSADOR OFFER THAT EVER DID ME DIRTY. NO LONGER TAKING OFFERS FROM SH IT LIKE THIS AGAIN!!!!
I honestly wish I could give this less than one star -1 I’m soo disappointed I got scammed.. I’m a model and I get tons of comments and messages from small business asking to collab.. on July 13th Fydrip messaged and commented on my Instagram account asking if I wanted to promote their brand I looked at the website decided why not try them out and promote them so I ordered 3 items the butterfly bracelet, the necklace, and the bunny necklace, I placed the order sent them a screenshot verification they then gave me my personal code all on the same day! I said I’ll give it out to my followers once I receive my items that was the end of the convo that day..
Then on July 20th I asked for updates on my order and they said this
“We’re taking an extra couple days to clear facilities and clean for the pandemic. Safety comes first. As described on our website, we’re taking extra precautions and that would result in a slight delay. Thanks for being patient. We’ll have your order shipped out shortly ❤️
And it’s being processed.Alright! Let's rock🤩”
I then said Thank you and waited I understand the whole extra business day with everything going on so end of that convo.
On the July 25th I asked for just my tracking or order number...
No response
On August first I put “?”
No response
I liked my own message. .
No response
On August 4th I then said this..
“I need updates on my order please it’s been too long not knowing?”
No response
I texted on August 7th,9th,&10th
Still never got a response..
They stole my money and my personal information I’m really worried and I hope my message helps so I recommend anyone who read this not to buy from this seller I’ve never been scammed as bad as I’ve been smh 🤦♀️ Oh btw I never received a message still to this day and NO PACKAGE 📦 😂
They gave me the "opportunity" to be a, I guess you would say, promoter and sales rep and get commission. So they gave me 100% off to buy 4 different necklaces, but I only bought one to see if I would even like it. Well, about a couple weeks go by and I still don't get any shipping confirmation. So then I DM them on Instagram confronting them about it and their response was basically that pieces ran out and that shipping would begin again in a week or two. Almost 3 weeks later, I still hear nothing so I DM again just asking for a refund and that I appreciated the offer nonetheless. They left me on READ. This was a total scam. I'm super mad because I genuinely thought it would've been a great opportunity. I'm never doing that garbage again.
