Prompt response after a delayed delivery!Recommended!

So disappointed. Until now, haven received my parcel. So sad. Purchase on 5/12/2023.

Good service but i think you guys should change courier. DHL so slow and services so bad.

I buy many time psn digital reload card .everything is ok very fast can redeem. But now can get very fast but no given psn code only give me invoice and write down $.normally is together psn code number. I know some time got mistake .i email to this company can solve this problem until now no response More than three day .unless give me some feedback because holiday or weekend . I don’t want buy anything on gamehideout again because customers service is poor .

My order on 1/11 until 10/11 I haven’t received. Checked twice on 5/11 and 10/11 said will ship out on that day. But where? Always fails to ship out!!! Said no stock!! No stock how to sell the product?

Super convenient to buy from here, in terms of delivery and payment. Now it’s easy for anyone to own their own console

I bought iTunes gift cards which is written instant delivery upon order. but I didn't receive it. Tried calling customer service no one answer.

Apparently their support is off on Saturday and Sunday.

Slow delivery for 2 days late, I go outlet to take it but they say warehouse already update as shipped .. but you know the item did not shipped at all. Customer service is not responding
