Highly recommend G&S

Within 30 minutes of asking my Estate Agent to arrange a Home Report, the Graham & Sibbald Kirkcaldy team had sent me an initial email and then telephoned to arrange an appointment - made as quickly as for the next day!
Zoe attended and carried out a very thorough survey, keeping me informed as she progressed around the house and garden.
I appreciated Zoe briefly going over her findings with me and then three days later (this included a weekend) I received the finalised Home Report.
All communication from Zoe and her colleague Laura was very prompt, clearly articulated and friendly.
I highly recommend G&S as a company and I thank Zoe and Laura for their first class service.

Home Report,Kirkcaldy

A rare skill nowadays, it seems, to balance professionalism with personability but Zoe has it. She explained the process, had time to answer questions and/or concerns and went the extra mile for us. Thank you Zoe, I would have absolutely no hesitation in recommending her and her company
