I discovered Gaâla about a year ago, and it has since become THE clothing store I buy most of my work clothes from. The quality of their pieces is unparalleled and the stitching is always beautifully done. I’m now gradually working towards a wardrobe with more natural fabrics and Gaâla staples. I have bought everything from work pants to silk blouses as well as dresses and they never disappoint. I have also never received so many clothes compliments before.
That said, I do wish they would incorporate more natural fabrics into their collection.
Overall, I highly recommend them!

After two 5-star reviews, I was forced into making this 1-star review. I was a regular buyer that made an order on the 7th of January. First they sent me a dress I did not order and I had to send it back. After they received it, I was told they did not have the dress I ordered in the right size so I decided to exchange it for another dress that I also liked. The dress was a made-to-order item. After five weeks, I accepted a discount worth 30 euro as a small compensation for the waiting. Today is the 16th od April and I still did not receive my dress. This is not fair. Their priorities are not put right. This is the second time I experienced this.

I returned my purchase over one month ago. I still have not received any refund, nor does the company respond to my mails. I do not recommend ordering at Gaala.

I have made multiple purchases from Gaala since I discovered the brand in spring 2024, and I have never been disappointed. The quality is consistently great, and the pieces are truly made to make you both feel like yourself while standing out in the crowd. There have been a couple of tiny hiccups with my orders, but the issues were resolved promptly by the Gaala team to my satisfaction. I am sure I will continue to buy from and wear the brand for many more years to come!

Dress was extremely badly fitted. I returned it same day. They didn’t acknowledge the return until I contacted them, after 2 weeks the they told me it would take another 2 weeks to process. Extremely bad customer service, slow refund , badly made dress. I would give zero stars if possible.

I am truly a fan of Gaala! The clothing is femine, sophisticated en timeless. A bit on the higher end of my budget, so I don't buy very often. At the moment, I have 4 pieces in my wardrobe and I wear them at many occassions.

Recently I experienced quite a delay with an order. Made-to-order items can take up to 3 weeks to be deliverd. Unfortunatey, my item was delayed another 3 weeks. Gaala reached out to me if I wanted to wait for the item or cancel the order. I told them I wanted to wait and as a respons they gave me a 50 euro giftcard. Very happy with te service!

Honestly as a first time shopper I was impressed with the quality and care on the item I received.

It's expensive but I'd say for investment pieces this is the right place to shop that, way better than most places at the same price point. I will definitely return here :)

I have been a customer for four years and place orders in the store several times a year. I absolutely love this brand. The designs are wonderful—finally clothing that celebrates the female figure and showcases it beautifully. The fabrics have always been of good quality; even light silk blouses, for example, were not see-through. Overall, I’m very convinced by the quality.

Of course, given how often I order, there have occasionally been small issues—for example, receiving the wrong item. However, customer service has always handled these situations quickly and with great care. Refunds do take a bit longer, unfortunately. The first time, I was surprised, but I was assured that everything will be fine andthat it simply takes a little more time since the brand and team are still small. I hope you can continue to grow so that this aspect can be improved further. That said, I’ve never had any problems receiving a refund.

Please keep growing.

I was genuinely impressed by the quality of the fabric when my order arrived. The dress fits me perfectly—something that rarely happens! I chose it as my getting-ready outfit for my wedding day, so I was thrilled that it turned out exactly as I had imagined. Thank you so much for the care and passion you put into creating your pieces!

I have purchased multiple Gaala dresses. The quality and beauty are extraordinary, and I feel like 'royalty' when I wear them. The 'made to order' items are hard to be patient for, but worth the wait. These items are so unique and classy. I even purchased a 'wedding dress' item when I didn't even need a wedding dress. The pieces are so elegant, I have been asked multiple times how/where to purchase.

Unfortunately, I ordered there too. Bad cuts and the clothes smell like 20 others wore them already. I sent them back right away and of course only lame excuses but NO REIMBURSEMENT. I'm reaching out to my lawyer.

PS: They finally refunded - after said I'd involve my lawyer and start a Charge Back Procedure with Visa.

Un achat d’une robe qui ne me va pas. Je demande un remboursement. Un problème avec le transporteur qui ne récupère pas mon colis ou j’ai demandé. Je suis partie entre temps, le colis n’a pas été retourné et mon voisin l’a conservé le voyant à disposition.
Gaala n’a rien voulu entendre… le délai était dépassé et impossible de retourner une robe très coûteuse qui ne me servira jamais. C’est une honte. Aucun professionnalisme. C’est certain; je n’attribuerai plus ma confiance à des personnes qui ne sont pas arrangeants alors qu’on décide de leur faire confiance.

I have purchased several items from Gaala and I am impressed with all of them. Most importantly, the fit is very flattering and the quality remains excellent even after multiple washes. They are definitely worth the investment! I also appreciate the rewards program for discounts and gifts. I get so many compliments on these pieces. I’m a huge fan!

Ordered the Blanche jacket and skirt for my wedding, and absolutely over the moon with it. Beautiful quality fabric, and the tailoring is perfect.

I have been a client for gaala for a few years now and I am very happy with their clothes. The atemporal design, fabrics and careful craft make the investment worth.
Client service sometimes falls a bit behind, for they are not able to accomodate some requests like reducing the shipment time for some made to order items, even if you are a regular customer, what is understandable but sometimes it is a bit more urgent.
