Ease of onboarding. However I selected a treatment but did not know if I had an option for injections vs pills.

This is detail that I hope helps another avoid the fraud of this company. I have success with glp1 treatment prior to my experience with this company. I took 6 months off of the glp1 treatment and decided it was time to resume. I chose Gala not knowing it was 100% AI company. They prescribed trim and I received a 3month supply of the very lowest non therapeutic dose. After 1 month, it was not working and I used the message system to have them review my dosage. They stated that they forwarded to the prescriber Chen. Over the next 1.5 months I kept trying to get a review. I then suspected these guys may not be real. I did some research and they only process using ai you will never get a real person. I have the prescribers license info through the state of ca and have filed a formal complaint with the licensing bureau she is under. They operate out of ca and I have also filed a complaint with the Attorney General’s office. Do not give your money to them they send you medication that is so diluted and small it will never work.

It was just a smooth experience over all.

Lost 17 lbs in just 2 months and my favorite jeans fit again. Delivery was super quick, and I can really see the difference already.

I simply love the fact that the cost of their GLP1 medications are affordable!! I appreciate their empathy for those of us who are trying to improve our lives by improving our health via weight loss/management.

Signed up on 6/19 and on 6/20 was asked via text to upload existing script details and I did as I’ve been on 10mg Zepbound for 11 months and don’t wish to start back at 2.5, was switching to Gala for a more affordable maintenance plan with the promise on their website “delivery at your door 7 days from you assessment”, well it’s been 7 days, they have you prepay, my docs for script are in review even though it says declined on their app, and cannot get a straight answer other than it’s “in review” and this is everyday, they can’t promise to refund, i had to do another month via LilyDirect so that I don’t have a gap. It’s disappointing and a total lack of service or clarity in communication. Makes me wonder how many they do this too and just hold and keep the money paid up front.

This morning, I got a message from my provider checking in on me. It's nice to feel like I’m getting personalized care and real support throughout the process.

Perfect and easy

So far so good. Great communication with following up. I get emails and texts. They had me do blood work at no cost. Also, before each shipment they have a questionnaire to fill out. Plus automatically prescribed me anti nausea meds without having to ask. This is better than ALT-RX by far (to me they are horrible) and Trim-Rx which is owned by ALT-RX. Stay away from them and stick with Gala. You won’t regret it.

I lost 5 pounds; I would have liked to lose more, but I hope for better results next month.
