Working with Diana, we chose the Infinity and are glad we did. Having two guides for the 18 passengers (capacity 20) was a luxury that really paid off. Diana was always available and responsive

We were interested in traveling in the Galapagos but unsure about which tours would best fit our needs. Sebastian was extremely helpful, inquired about our travel desires and gave us some recommendations. When we decided on a tour he was very accommodating and assisted us with the booking process and very available answering questions about our upcoming tour.

Gabriel, our main contact, gave us great advice, answered all our questions efficiently and promptly.
Our guide in Quito, Rocco, was exceptional and really appreciated his knowledge, making sure we had as good an experience as we could. Our only regret is that we didn’t have more time in Quito.
Our Galapagos adventure on the Natural Paradise was also excellent and can highly recommend this boat.

Was responsive in offering various combinations of options regarding yachts and jungle lodges.

Fantastic experience!! The boat we were on “Infinity” was faultless..,from expedition guides, all on-board staff to the rooms, activities and food!
However, I would like to comment that we were disappointed with the airport transfers- both from Quito and Guayaquil airports. The first time we had to wait for 30 mins and the 2nd, the driver didn’t turn up at all (ended taking an uber to the hotel). In my opinion, that part of the service reflects on the quality of the company. After long travels and language barrier, timely and efficiency of airport transfers are not to be underestimated.
I have decided to give 5* anyway because we had such a fabulous time and the positives greatly outweighed the negatives.

Our trip to the Galapagos: Gabriela worked hard to give us a fully prepared trip and made great reccomendations. From arrival at the airport, being met and driven with a very friendly driver to the hotel, and then back again with an even friendlier driver to the airport for the flight to the Galapagos, everything was made as easy as possible. And the Eco Galaxy ship and crew were fabulous! A wonderful trip and made easy through the great planning by Gabriela.

Galapagos Travel did an extremely good job of helping us plan a bucket list adventure. They were great communicators with quick responses and made sure we had everything completed and ready for our trip. Our thorough itinerary had us set for what was to occur that day. Other travelers on our ship were envious of all the detail provided to us.

Well organized tour. All information and bookings are accurate as described.

Generally speaking, we had a positive experience with Galapagos Travel Center and our agent Sebastian. The cruise operator, Galagents, their staff and vessel, Galaxy Sirius, were excellent. My slight disappointment was when we tried to upgrade our flights, communication seemed to break down with Galapagos Travel Center, and we were unable to get the flight upgrades we had hoped for. The cruise operator successfully managed to upgrade our return flights and sadly I heard nothing via Galapagos Travel Center regarding the upgrades.

Our itinerary of 6 nights and 7 days in the Galápagos Islands worked like clockwork. The hotels were excellent, the drivers and guides showed up when the schedule said they would. The excursions were interesting, educational, and did an excellent job of giving us an extensive view of the Galápagos Islands. We could not have been any happier with the trip and the service of Galapagos Travel.

We traveled on Nemo III on an 8 day cruise in the Galapagos and had an unbelievable experience. Our guide, Jairo, was so knowledgeable, engaging and fun! The accommodations, food, and the boat in general were all 5 stars. Highly recommend!

Excellent guides and well coordinated transfers.

The catamaran tour on Cormorant II was the highlight, of course. A fantastic boat with superb lodging, food, and amenities through spectacular attractions. Nature guide Malena was a walking encyclopedia; and chef Javier was a human cookbook. Bravo to all of the 14 crew members. Before that, however, GTC provided everything it promised, with smooth airport pickups, excellent guided tours (kudos to Franklin!) in the Quito area, and seamless airline connections within Ecuador. Pricey, but worth every penny. Thanks Lorena and GTC.

Reasonable price, excellent communication. attention to all the details

Most of the travel arrangements worked out well with one exception. On the way back Quito after visiting the Galapagos, there was no one to pick us up at the airport in Quito. We made a number of calls and finally got through to someone who sent someone to get us and bring us to the hotel.
