Well organized and great package

Booked package deal for NYC for December 2026 so far communication with my Advisor Ava has been first class.

Fiasco of a booking! Had to keep chasing up tickets and vouchers , their correspondence was disconnected and their backend “forgot” to email vital confirmations and vouchers. The worst was yet to come when we nearly couldn’t get on our return flight from Venice yesterday! I could not check in online as booking and reservation number could not be found! Went to airport early and we were not allocated seats for the return flight ! Had to pay €110 euros to check in and we were out on standby. Was the most stressful experience and really awful way to end our holiday. When I messaged Galaxy from the airport all I got was a “just show them your RyanAir booking” … nothing after that and no response to my subsequent email and messages!
This is the WORST agency I have dealt with and you would be advised to stay clear of them! Communication is weak, disjointed and they are not delivering a reliable or professional service at all! Very very frustrating and disappointing! They were quick to take our money but no follow-up:((

Emily was the perfect sales representative for galaxy travel. She was both patient and thorough in what she does
What I like most of about this company was that there was no high pressure sales techniques have plenty of time was given to do research on the hotels and places that was presented to us and also for a very good price

I have recently booked a Holiday Package to Vietman Cambodia and Singapore.My Travel Consultant called Emily has been very informative helpful professional and charming throughout the process.Emily has accomodated my holiday dates and looked for the best deals and airlines requested for me and my besti mate.Its also good that you can pay for the holiday monthly.Obviously the middle east disruptions have caused havoc for 1000s of people I hope things are improved by next April 2027- or flight routes may/will change.?
I have received my ATOL certificate and every flight hotel trip and transfer is covered in full - which is reassuring.
Emily is contactable via telephone and text and Emily has answered all enquires promptly. To date the service has been very good =100%
