Galaxy Flights レビュー

Max was professional and helpful. Highly recommended.

STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. I HAVE ALL THE PROOF HOW THIS COMPANY REPRESENTATIVE, STEVE, SCAMED ME.
They will initially speak to you to be the sweetest and politest people on the Planet and as soon as you are trapped and fully hooked to their sweet talk and money is transferred then their split bipolar personalities come out and then you will meet real them.
I had them send me write proof of our deal and yet nothing was acknowledged. Steve very conveniently blamed airline that they changed all rules over night. It’s unbelievable and shocking behavior from this company.
They will take every single opportunity to scam you by asking money to transfer.

RED FLAG , stay away.

⚠️ SCAM ALERT – Avoid Galaxy Flights at All Costs! ⚠️

I booked a flight to Sri Lanka with Galaxy Flights for £640. They initially confirmed my ticket and everything seemed fine. But the next day, I received a call from them claiming the flight had been cancelled and I now needed to pay an extra £170 to rebook it. I felt trapped, as cancelling would have cost me even more, so I paid the additional amount.

It was clear this was a bait-and-switch scam. They lured me in with a low price and then forced me to pay more later.

The people I dealt with called themselves Danny, Steve, and Pete — but they clearly weren’t who they claimed to be. All had strong Indian accents and seemed to be using fake names to appear trustworthy. Do NOT fall for this scam. These guys are not genuine.

Galaxy Flights is a fraudulent company. I strongly advise everyone to stay away. If you've been affected, report them to Action Fraud UK or your country's consumer protection services.

Galaxy Travel service is amazing they booked best deal for my family. Staff is very helpful specially Jacob who booked the deal was very patient and helpful and did his best to fulfil our travel requirements.
Extremely happy with Galaxy Travel service.

I thought I was booking with a reputable company- only to be told I needed to pay extra charges even after I paid my deposit and was given my full invoice price. This wasn’t a couple of pounds it was over £400. Jacob and Galaxy flights will do anything and everything to convince you that the extra charges are something that are out of there control lies lies and more lies I called them out and spoke to British airways and as confirmed no extra charges and it’s galaxy flights that try to hold you to ransom to pay these. On 3 separate occasions I asked to pay more from £600 to 400 then reduced to £300- thankfully I wasn’t paying and went straight to my credit card company to cancel. Absolute scam of a company! and will hold you to ransom for your tickets!

thank you nelson for getting the best deal

Mr Steve time with me was awesome, how he made things clearer to me.

Five-Star Service That’s Truly Out of This World!

I booked with Galaxy Flights and had an amazing experience especially thanks to Nelson, who was incredibly professional, polite, and efficient. I reached out last minute, and Nelson didn’t just find me a flight he found me the best deal available, saving me both time and money. His calm and friendly approach made the whole process stress-free. If you’re looking for stellar service and galactic-level savings, ask for Nelson you won’t be disappointed!

Looks as if my initial review was not posted.
I needed to get a ticket for my very dear wife from Africa and I stumbled on Galaxy flights online.
Initially spoke to Michael and later on Steve and Jacob.
I was initially resevered because of wolves online. But I must tell you these guys are different.
I got the ticket. Called the airline to conform it authenticity.
I must tell you i had a superlative experience with these guys. Thank you Micheal, Steve and Jacob

Removes Negative reviews!!
Last review by me and my friend was removed no idea how!
Has an awful experience with Jacob comes across friendly but then charges full 2000 instead of deposit as agreed. And then harassment with calls and messages during work plus blackmail to remove bad reviews.
Really would never ever use this company again.

Happy to share the messages including the 'remove your review or I will not help'

Was easy and quick for me to use. Jacob was very efficient , courteous and helpful. This helped make my decision to book with galaxy travel

I gave five stars. Because I found the travel advisor Jacob Lewis very patient during the process. It was my first time of booking a ticket via phone / online, which I felt overwhelmed with the experience.

However, Jacob was able to talk me through the process reassuring me, when I became very anxious. I will definitely be using Galaxy Flights again in the future and will also promote this company to family and friends.

I spoke to someone named Ryan very helpful very quick

Ryan is very professional, committed to his job and very helpful throughout my flight booking process.

Thanks Ryan

I found GALAXYFLIGHTS on the internet to enquire about return flights to Sydney for 12th March 2025. I was connected to Jacob, who fully understood my requirements and went out of his way to secure the best flights he could find to match my travel dates. Jacob worked tirelessly offering us several flights with different company's he constantly kept in touch with me and manage to get a very good deal and also arranged the seating on all our flights. He also assured us to be able to change our return flights should the original flights not be suitable.I would highly recommend Jacob and his efficient service for arranging flights to anywhere in the world.I will definitely recommend Galaxy Flights and will use myself again when I travel to any destination in the world.
