In this day and age where poor service has became the norm, Galaxy Football really stand out. Fantastic service and communication from Sam, phoning with order updates. Can't recommend highly enough!

We have worked with Sam and The Galaxy team for a few years now as they are brilliant at always providing a great service and quality garments. They are knowledgeable, helpful and always go that extra mile to ensure we have received our orders when time restraints have been imperative. I have been working with Galaxy for a year now as part of our grassroots team, and find them efficient and great with communication. We have ordered multiple kits and other accessories from them over the year.

We had an issue with an order of our new goalkeeper kit due to sizing (change of sizing from last year by the manufacturer), and galaxy promptly got us a new kit in the correct size before our next match.

I've been working with Sam and the guys at Galaxy for a while now. Never had any issues with our orders and recently we had an issue with some orders (our fault entirely) and they managed to entirely resolve it much faster than their normal turnaround to fix this for me.

Offered a better price for Diamond football net bags than going direct to Diamond, bags have much better quality zips than Mark Harrod net bags.

Although the Polo shirt and printing are of good quality, the sizing is a little off. In comparison with others Polo shirts I have of the same size, this seems to be a size down. I would recommend to order a size up from your normal size.

Lead time for delivery suggested to be excessive but Galaxy responded quickly and then communicated much better as it got closer to the point of delivery.

Direct face to face contact with Galaxy was good. Professional and polite team. The products are of a very good quality
