​I am submitting this complaint because Tenobet has closed my account permanently and confiscated my legitimate winnings.
​I made a deposit of €198 and placed a bet. After winning the bet, my total balance went up to €326. Right after that, the platform blocked my account and sent me an automated email stating that they would only refund my initial deposit (€198) due to a generic "breach of Terms and Conditions", without providing any specific reason, explanation, or proof.
​My bet was validly accepted by their system, and I have not committed any fraud. They are using their "Terms and Conditions" as an excuse to avoid paying a winning user. I demand the full payment of my balance, including the €128 of legitimate winnings that were confiscated.

My xbox didn't arrive yet its been 2 months now and I didn't get a refund from them or a reply back regarding the refund

Did not have the item I ordered. 3 months and 10 phone calls later, I still do not have a refund. Terrible service
