Gaomon helped me very quickly and efficiently to replace my faultive stylus, even 2 years after the purchase. I was not always very reactive, and they did perfectly. I only had to pay for the shipping fees, and now everything is working fine again with my tablet. I strongly recommend Gaomon for their customer service ! The product is also great, a part from this stylus problem : the tablet helps me everyday immensely for my online lessons (I'm a teacher).

I've been help with a full heart of care.

They responded to my email fairly quickly/same day that I requested the ticket. Gave full details of how to assist the issue I had with my pen and gave a good explanation of the steps (and including a video.)

My customer service representative and the technicians working with my failed PD2200 went above and beyond for over two weeks with nearly opposite schedules to my own. Despite learning my display is no longer functional, there was an extreme effort made to assist me. From troubleshooting drivers, to windows updates, to trying USB ports and alternative cables, I was walked through each step carefully and patiently. When the time came for remote connection to investigate my problems, they worked with me to set up times.

The representative diligently kept contact with me despite our busy schedules, communicated directly and clearly, and clarified when I was confused or misunderstood something.

My PD2200 Malfunctioned before the spring festival holiday, and I was even assisted over that holiday. I did not expect that. I am extremely grateful for the assistance provided despite being informed I will need a new tablet late last night. I cannot say I’ve had better customer service from anyone else. Thank you.

That representative is a real hero, no matter the outcome. ^^ So are the technicians.

The customer service rep was knowledgeable and sympathetic to my concern. She provided solutions that were positive and helpful to getting us back to using the tablet.

I had an issue with the delivery service taking too long and also giving my package to someone else but the people at Gaomon were quick to respond and do what they had to do to help me get my problem resolved I appreciate the help

I recently ordered a GAOMON PD1320 tablet. The first unit I received was defective (grey screen with no signal), but GAOMON support responded very quickly and professionally. They arranged a replacement, and the new tablet works perfectly. The communication was clear, and the support team helped every step of the way. I’m very satisfied with the service and the product.

I purchased a tablet for my son for Christmas and is didn't come with a stylus. It was super easy to contact over a holiday and get a replacement.

I contacted the customer support for software issues on a pen tablet, and I was delighted to be contacted by a real person instead of a bot. I recieved a close support and effective help and instructions, the issue is resolved now.

The cord we needed wasn’t listed on the website but our customer service agent was able to find the part and gave clear instructions for how to order through them. They followed up to make sure we received the item.

Great customer service. My case was handled professionally and with real kindness. Even with some waiting time, everything happened exactly when they said it would. Very satisfied with the support I received.

I'd ordered a refurbished tablet from Gaomon's website, but after some use, I noticed some buttons weren't working properly. I contacted customer support with a video of the issue, and within a day, they wrote back and proposed different solutions. After I asked for a replacement tablet, they sent it to me and I received it in less than a week!

My Pen nib was not working and they helped mw to resolve and replace the pen successfully as part of warranty without much wait time.
