Exceptional Aftersales and Customer Service with this company. I have had a couple of unlucky issues with a Tribit product and contacted the CX team twice and they have resolved and replaced the product (both times) Cathy has been excellent and her service has been second to none. Not many places have this level of resolve - exceeded expectaions and I'll be sure to keep buyng products from this company in the future. Thanks, Matt

Nicht nur dass ich für die rücksendekosten einer defekten Box aufkommen muss, auch weiß ich nicht wie ich das über 7kg paket auf dem Fahrrad zur nächsten Poststelle (>10km) bringen soll. Kundenservice interessiert das aber nicht👎🏻 👎🏻👎🏻

I got xsound go and maxsound plus..both excellent for the money had them ages and work a treat..however flybuds c1 has charging problem on left ear..xsound tune which are no longer manufactured are the best headphones ive ever owned.

I got a Tribit MaxSound Plus for Christmas, and just over 4 months later it is faulty and no longer charges. I have tried factory resetting, changing chargers, changing cables etc, anything and everything possible, but it is clear the unit is faulty. Should have got an Anker Soundcore! best to buy from reputable companies in future.

(UPDATE 2/8/2023 Tribit replaced it with a new one! Wow, great customer service.)

Exactly 12 months after purchase, my wife's Tribit XSound Go Bluetooth speaker stopped working because the battery would no longer accept a charge. That's unacceptable. In comparison, my Sony SRS-XB2 from 2017 still works.

Both the product I purchased Tribit Flybuds 3 and the customer service I received from Cathy and Mona was great.

Used to make great headphones but it seems as if they still make great bluetooth speakers at a great price.
Keen to buy one after doing a heap of research.
