Wish I had read these reviews before I was cheated out of my money by this company. I ordered a mattress topper and received a completely different mattress topper which was worthless. Hope you get what you deserve. Bunch of con men.
Don’t be fooled by this less than reputable company!
I ordered the wonderfully advertised bamboo mattress topper hoping to receive just that. In reality, I received a paper thin topper that serves no purpose, not even a mattress protector.
I contacted the company for the first time on July 29th, making my dissatisfaction with their product clear and wanting to know how to get my money back. On August 7th, I received a response with instructions on making the return. After a few more emails back and forth, I returned the product on August 19th to the address provided (after incurring shipping charges). The company refused the shipment on August 25th. Here we are September 10th, and I still have no resolution.
To say that this whole situation has been frustrating is an understatement!!
Save yourself a lot of time and frustration and order from a company other than this one!
Horrible customer service. There is not a phone number to contact them. I ordered a bamboo mattress covered - they quickly charged my account & I have tried to correct them - as email is my only option- 4 xs before it shipped as they have wrong delivery address. Didn’t receive a response or product but was charged. I never leave reviews but this is my 1st negative review. Don’t trust or use this company. Especially one like this you can’t even contact and the ONLY way you can contact is email if anything & send multiple to request any kind of acknowledgment of your question or concern and you never hear anything!

The OrthoBed Bamboo Mattress Topper made our backs hurt more. The product page clearly says there is a 100-night, no questions asked, 100% money-back, satisfaction guaranty. When I requested a refund after 43 nights, they refused, claiming I was outside of the warranty period.

MY TRUST in this company is almost gone.
Over 11 days ago I requested a return (Via email as that seems to be the only way this can be done) and have had NO response.
BUYER BEWARE - Especially if you need to return an Item
Typical, it has been delivered but to someone else. Ordered a mattress topper at the start of March, now into April it hasn’t shown up but states it’s been delivered. So I have emailed and hoping this can be fixed but hopefully not with another 4/5 week delivery time.
You should consider changing your delivery company as they do not give any information about where it has been delivered or who delivered it and they are also stating that it needs to be sorted out with you guys and the delivery team so I can’t even rectify this myself?
