quality is poor and prices are high,pictures on site and shirts in my hand are not the same.so u can call it its not 100%legit actually

Extremely unprofessional. The item was delivered by local taxi without any shipping confirmation, and I was charged delivery twice.

When I requested a return (which is my legal right), the communication was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional — both via email and Instagram. I received no proper response until I insisted multiple times.

After I finally got my refund, they sent a sarcastic message saying: “Urgent ⚠️ Best regards from Temu.” referring to my content that the dress looks as if it is from the theme.That sums up their attitude.

Avoid this store if you value basic respect and customer service.

I usually never take time to leave reviews on internet. However, i had such a bad experience with this company...
They are selling dresses that are all made from the same plastic material. It suits only people measuring 2 meters tall + extremely thin.
But ok it is their "clientele", their choice.
BUT the main problem, is that i purchased 3 dresses for a wedding totaling 225 EUR. And of course, none of them suited me so i applied for a return on 11th august 2024. On the 12th, i went to the post office and paid 20 EUR for the return (i sent them the proof of the return that i paid, they confirmed the reception of this proof). The address for the return is a private person's address + you need to mention gift for the reason of the return, SO unprofessional.
And from this point, I asked for the refund etc, NEVER GOT REFUNDED. So i paid 225 EUR for the dresses + 20 EUR for the return, totalling 245 EUR !!!
It's a lot of money, i am so disappointed
