I’m really disappointed with Garm Straps. The shipping process has been a mess from start to finish. My order was pushed through the slow Cainiao/PostNL route, and the tracking has been stuck bouncing between transit hubs for days with no meaningful progress.

For a small, simple item, the delivery time has been completely unacceptable. The parcel has supposedly “arrived in the UK” and been “processed” yet still hasn’t moved to final delivery. No updates, no explanation, and no support from the seller.

If this is the shipping method they rely on, customers should be warned upfront. Based on this experience, I wouldn’t trust Garm Straps again — the service is slow, uncommunicative, and nowhere near the standard you’d expect from a professional retailer.

They sent me the wrong straps, and when I contacted them about the issue, they agreed to issue a refund. Unfortunately, the refund never arrived. When I followed up, they told me to contact my bank. After obtaining all the information they requested from the bank and sending it to them, I never heard back.

To make matters worse, I later found the exact same product on Temu for less than a quarter of the price. The packaging was also identical, which strongly suggests it came from the same source.

Overall, this has been a frustrating experience. In my opinion, this company adds unnecessary hassle and acts as an overpriced middleman rather than providing any real value.

One of the most misleading companies online I can ever remember dealing with. I am getting reactive (not proactive) emails from their customer service. I purchased two watch bands 10 days ago and have yet to get a shipping update despite the misleading information on their site (orders process in 48 hours and are delivered between 7-10 days). Terrible company to deal with and no sense of urgency but also most importantly they dont tell you on the website there are limited supplies or that there are delays in shipping. They wait to secure your $ then string you along.

ABSOLUTE RUBBISH. Very poor quality straps and non-existent customer service.
I bought replacement straps for my Vivoactive 4S and the strap kept falling off within a few weeks and actually cracked the watch glass, which cannot be replaced, as this model is no longer made.
I contacted Garmstaps for a refund on 1st April and they still have not replied, although they say they will respond in 48 hours.

Awful Temu rubbish. Looked like I was buying a genuine Garmin strap, but it's cheap and fake. Poor packaging and took ages as it was sent from China to an address in Hownslow, then on to me. You can tell this as they then cover up the labelling from China. Do not buy, it's a scam.

Unfortunately, very poor quality product arrived direct from China. As other reviewers have stated, this is of a quality expected from a £3 strap direct from AliExpress and I won't risk attaching it to my watch. I thought this was a legit Garmin website, so feel a bit daft. Just under £30 for a wee lesson on double checking sources!

Avoid. They don’t deliver item and don’t respond to communication.

This is NOT Garmin, they do seem to present themselves as such.

They are also NOT in the UK.

They are currently 10 days late on my order and have asked for a full refund.

DO NOT TRUST THEM.

Ordered a watch strap in February and still not received it. Very poor communication from the company; yet still receive marketing emails from them. I have received a refund swiftly. I cannot understand why they could not supply the product.

This is a scam company. Ordered a strap over 3wks ago. Contacted their so called help email and not had a reply. Avoid do not touch this company.

Very bad experience – terrible customer service and a refusal to address an evident delivery issue. I'm left without the stuff and without a reimbursement.

Ordered over 3 months ago, still not received the product

Ordered 2 straps on 25th April and received them on May 5th. the straps seem like reasonable quality and match the images on the website, however the website and tracking provided are extremely disingenuous with no mention of Chinese origin of company and the despatch using Royal Mail being examples. Would not use again because of this

Poor stock management and unacceptable delay
I ordered an item that was clearly listed as available online, only to be told after waiting 37 days that it could not be fulfilled due to shipping issues.
While communication from the individual staff member was polite and a refund was eventually offered, it’s unacceptable that products remain on sale when there are clearly known and ongoing fulfilment problems. After such a long wait, I was also surprised that no alternative colour in the same style could be offered, which would have been a far more reasonable and customer‑focused resolution.
The combination of misleading availability, a 37‑day wait, and limited solutions resulted in a genuinely poor consumer experience. Stock transparency and order handling need significant improvement.

Do not go anywhere near this company. It is a con. They will take your money but you will never see the goods in spite of some fancy emails leading you to believe you will

I ordered my replacement strap at the beginning of January, chased it in February, it’s now May and I haven’t received my replacement strap.

Told the same story about supply as other reviews.

Do not use this company, my watch strap turned up, it was a black mesh strap for a Garmin instinct 3, straight away I noticed there were chips in the paint showing the silver underneath, I fitted the strap to the watch and the moment i moved the watch fell off, the pins that hold the strap to the watch were worse than useless, after putting the strap back on twice and it falling off again i gave up, never going back to this company!!! I have emailed them but haven't had a reply.

Avoid this company at all costs, ordered well over three weeks ago and still nothing has arrived, I’ve reached out and told them I no longer want the straps but they’ve said they can’t cancel!
I’ve got tracking information but the date goes up on a daily basis, it said 14 days initially & 15 days later still says almost 14 days, please don’t order from them!

Twee Garmin bandjes gekocht bij deze site. Na een paar weken viel de roestvrijstalen band spontaan van mijn arm af. De QuickFit sluiting aan één zijde lag uit elkaar.
Ik heb meerdere malen contact gezocht met Garminsyraps, maar die reageert niet. Op de website staat zelfs dat wanneer een product kapot gaat na 6 dagen, het de schuld van de koper is. Productie fouten kunnen zeker ook later aan het licht komen.
€45 betaald, terwijl precies dezelfde band op Ali voor €5 aangeboden wordt.
Totale oplichting deze site!
