Comprehensive and excellent survey of a very unusual property

Graeme carried out the survey on a property we are buying and when we received the report I cannot begin to say how much work has gone into the report it was brilliant.
I would definitely recommend GAR Property.

Graeme was wonderful. He was adaptable when date and time changes had to be made. He was surveying a Grade II listed building with us and he was both approachable and knowledgeable, no question was too much trouble. His follow up was excellent and supportive, I would not hesitate to work with Graeme again.

Great communication, professional service, timeous execution. Very helpful in giving a summary, and key pointers for going forward, and ultimately giving a clear overview and understanding of the condition of the building. Graeme was very polite and helpful throughout the process.

As we are purchasing with our own funds we needed a Level 2 survey. We selected a local suveyor with excellent reviews. Graeme responded quickly to our initial enquiry and undertook the survey on the agreed date and time. His report was very thorough, produced and delivered early. It gave us the confidence to proceed with the purchase without hold up.

Excellent service. Requested house buyers survey. Kept me fully informed of the arrangements before the date, and responded quickly to emails.
Report produced is very comprehensive, looking at everything from major to very minor, and all points considered whether good or bad have one or more photos to illustrate the detail. Apart from being reassured on all major items I now also have a very comprehensive 'to do' jobs list once moved, right down to small paintwork repairs.

It’s true in life you get what you pay for. From the very first few minutes of talking to Graeme I knew I was going with him, he explained everything professionally. Having spoken to various companies that old gut instinct, your 6th sense kicked in. GAR Property Consultants Ltd were professional throughout, their VERY detailed report is outstanding and the amount of pics/vids/drone footage was really helpful with decision making. Graeme’s report also recommends further more detailed surveys which GAR don’t offer but I wish they did. My advice is pay that bit more for an outstanding service/report/detail & evidence.
