Really pleased with Mum’s new boiler. My Mum is 86 and quite frail and her very, very old central heating boiler decided to stop working in what felt like the coldest week of the year. I rang Lewis on Tuesday 5 January and he replaced the boiler the following week. Mum is pretty much housebound and Lewis did the work with Mum staying in her home and me staying with her. The Gas Fix workers were professional, considerate, tidy and polite. The price was exactly as quoted, Mum’s flat is lovely and warm, with the combi boiler the water pressure is so much better and Lewis replaced some dripping taps for Mum while he was here. I would definitely recommend Lewis and Gas Fix to friends and family.

Lewis is a real star plumber for us. He keeps our boiler serviced each year and is there to sort out our emergencies calmly, professionally and quickly. We don’t know where we’d be without him.

Great service! One Sunday we had a water leak that shorted the electrics in the house. Gas Fix responded immediately on their 24hr number and sent Dan who did a great job and quickly got us up an running again. I thoroughly recommend them and will be using them again.

We had a recent emergency call out on Bank Holiday Monday for our broken boiler. Lewis was professional, efficient and friendly. He discovered the problem but we needed some parts replacing and due to the bank holiday had to wait til the next day. Lewis kept us updated throughout and came to repair the boiler with the new parts early the next day.
Always worrying when you have no hot water and heating especially as we have a young baby but am very grateful to have had it sorted so quickly and efficiently.
Will be using Lewis at Gasfix again!

Boiler overheating water and rattling like mad. E-mailed Gas Fix Friday late - engineer turned up Monday 11.00, fixed problem and departed 12.15. Very efficient, professional. Would recommend to anyone.

Lewis and his team were professional, polite and friendly. Our heating system was not heating the house sufficiently so our system was flushed and a new pump installed as well as thermostats fitted. The invoice was exactly as the quote and the job done brilliantly, we now have a more efficient system. Lewis was on time for his quote visit and the actual job. Happy to recommend Gas Fix.

Fantastic service when I had no hot water.... Lewis came within 24hours, was incredibly helpful, efficient and went the extra mile. Such a relief to have someone I can trust and rely on when I have plumbing or boiler problems.

We’ve had trouble with a pump that sends water to the bathroom and at a loss as to the initial problem Gas fix very generously passed by our home to determine the problem and explain what we should do, they arrived less than half an hour after we spoke to them, took great care in establishing the problem and were also very polite and considerate, wearing a face mask and taking general care at the property, their focus was on the work not on the fee which in my experience with plumbers is rare and this is a company to hold onto for future plumbing help when needed.

We had an overheating boiler, which meant no hot water, on a Saturday afternoonwhich I thought meant cold showers. Thankfully a phone call to gas fix, within 2 hours the engineer was here, diagnosed the problem and fixed it. Superb service, highly recommended!
