Emergency call-out when our boiler packed up on Sunday morning. Daniel came out within two hours and had us sorted by lunchtime. Proper professional who clearly knows his trade. Will definitely use Centrona Gas again.

Ben arrived on time to fit my new boiler and did a perfect job. I found Centrona friendly, easy to deal with and efficient.

Ben is an excellent plumber and Jon is great to work with. Came up with a great solution for my whole home water filter system. Highly recommend.

My old boiler was leaking and after 3 attempts to sort out the issue by Centrona Gas I decided to get a new boiler installed . Ben who installed the new boiler was excellent , it took him a full day and he went above and beyond. I work in A&E and had to work , so on top of a doing great job Ben even took the time to send me videos demonstrating how to use the boiler

A company is only as good as the people it employs so a massive shout out to Ben who did some really professional work today.

The boiler installation was a full days work and Ben took the utmost care and attention in what he was doing, the old pipework was disgraceful and ben has installed the new boiler and rerouted the pipework to near perfection.

The job took longer than initially anticipated but its clear from watching Ben work that installations arent an exact science, there were numerous challenges which Ben overcame and the result speaks for itself. I know Ben had the option of resuming work the next day but he showed dedication to getting the job done in one hit because he knew how important it was for us, and the inconvenience it would have caused otherwise.

What a trooper! a great asset to this company who takes pride in doing a good job and putting customers first, what more could you possibly ask for?

I have been a customer for many years and continue having a positive experience with Centrona Gas engineers. They are reliable, efficient and knowledgeable. They came to sort a fault with the boiler very quickly and explained what was happening. Very pleased with them, one feeks they care.

Took up the customer offer on the website and had my hot water repaired today. The technician did a good job to get it up and running again. So far very pleased with the boiler plan
