lovely hob, then I dropped a pan holder while cleaning and it shattered. Tried customer service who are useless. No spare parts available at all, but I could buy a whole new hob for a discount, no thank you.

I purchased a Gasland Chef Microwave/Convection oven a little over a year ago. I agree with all customers that complained about the Customer Service. Unless things improved later into 2023, the service is definitely subpar if they even have such a service. I sent a simple email, will be a year ago this coming 28 Jan 2024, just asking about the warranty process and never received a response back. I was trying to see if I could register online or even extend my warranty due to the cost of the unit I purchased. Currently the oven control panel display is intermitting (comes and goes when feels like it). Maybe I received the one low quality oven off the assembly line, but to be having issues after 1 year, is not worth the $1,400 price we paid. I would not recommend the Gasland Chef 24 inch 1.6 CU FT 1000 or 1500 watts microwave / convection oven. The turntable operation is also corky. If don't rotate the table so it contacts the gear, the plate will not rotate went microwaving. Also, if you like microwave popcorn, this is definitely not the oven to have. I am not sure how the waves are focused in this oven, but it will barely pop half the bag before it starts to burn the popcorn. It re-heats, warms, bake, and roasts well. However, to be 1000 to 1500 watts it takes longer that the conventional whirlpool microwave I replaced. Again, this may be a great a company, and great brand, but based my experience and the performance of this oven, I will never purchase or order Gasland products again. I will stick with GE or Whirlpool, I at least got 10 years of use from my Whirlpool microwave.

Purchased the Gasland Chef Pro 30in. stainless steel cooktop with the griddle in December 2022 for my wife's Christmas gift. Unboxed and installed the cooktop and found two of the knobs damaged and scratched. They looked like they'd been dropped on a concrete surface and kicked around a bit. Immediately made a warranty request where it was 8 months before we received 2 replacement knobs. Unboxed them and brought them to the stove only to find they're not the right size. I reached out to the warranty department again and they said I should just use them. It's so sad to have a beautiful product at an amazing value with the worst customer service. I even warned them I was going to give them bad publicity. Almost one year later and still unresolved.

scalding and freezing and leaks
I was just trying to use this out door shower and burned my leg and foot!
I hired a contractor to install this. He informed me that several parts needed to be purchased to set it up. He set it up, now beautifully installed, but the water is either Burning hot or freezing cold. And when the shower water controller is shut off it continues to dribble water without stop.he was able to get it barely tolerable for a shower, but as soon as I tried to adjust it using the hot and cold knobs on the front it would shut off when I tried to make it cooler, or be totally burning hot!!!
