We recently used Inspectify for our first home purchase to undertake electrical, heating and plumbing inspections and were extremely impressed by the quality and efficiency of the service provided by AJ and Maya. The Gold Home Buyers Survey offering was exactly what we needed which was very reasonably priced and we also requested Inspectify to undertake a separate asbestos survey (as advised by our Surveyors) which was also conducted promptly and to a high standard. For these reasons, we would highly recommend Inspectify without hesitation and would definitely use their services again for future inspections. A big thank you once again to the team at Inspectify for all your help!

I had a great experience with Inspectify. The communication was great from start to finish, a particular mention to Maya for her timely messages and kind replies. What is super helpful is that they have WhatsApp comms - all my questions I had during scheduling the appointment or on report itself, they answered there, shared photos, all very fast.

Had an EICR and EPC done on a rental property. Communication was clear throughout and the work was great value. AJ was happy to discuss the EPC before filing it and this helped with the final rating. Friendly, reliable and professional service.

It was recommended through my property survey that I have the gas and electrics inspected ahead of completing a purchase. I found Inspectify online and would highly recommend them. Communication was very easy via WhatsApp and they made arrangements with the property agent directly so the process of booking was very straightforward. Once the inspection was complete and paperwork provided I was also sent some photos to illustrate anything mentioned so I could clearly understand, and the team were available to answer any questions. Commissioned AJ to do an electrical and gas report on a property I'm buying.

AJ was professional, fast and friendly. Being a woman home alone, you have to be careful about who you let into your home, but I couldn't have felt more comfortable with AJ's presence. He gave great advice, invoiced after the work and sent the certificates straight after payment was made for a gas safety and EICR. Thank you.

I have used AJ/Inspectify a few times to have my annual boiler service carried out. He is always efficient, professional and very reliable. AJ was extremely helpful recently when I experienced an issue with low pressure on my boiler ( radiator leak) he helped me diagnose the problem and sent me a link with a video to rectify the problem.
Great service and very helpful. I will reccomend and will continue to use this company.

After being let down repeatedly by another company I gave Inspectify a try. They were very quick to respond and were booked in for a gas safety check the same week. The communication was excellent throughout the process and the certificate was issued immediately after payment.
We'll definitely use them again, particular as their price appears very competitive. 👍
