The EICR service was easy to use and a good price. They were booked to come between 8-12 and showed up at 8am. The certificate arrived the following morning.

Great EICR service

The EICR service was easy to use and a good price. They were booked to come between 8-12 and showed up at 8am. The certificate arrived the following morning.

Excellent company

Excellent company. Very efficient booking service and friendly and helpful customer service. I definitely recommend and would use again. I managed to book for the next day for both visits. I found the prices very reasonable.

I can't judge the boiler service and


I can't judge the boiler service and gas safety checks cause I wasn't there, but the customer service is really great, they accomodate finding the beast moment for visits, find solutions, flexible, personal.

Good service reasonable price although


Good service reasonable price although getting an ETA on the day was a bit tricky but we got there in the end. The process was smooth, you pay the bill and the certificate released immediately

Regarding the ETA, it can sometimes be a little tricky to give an exact time on the day depending on factors like previous jobs, traffic, parking, and travel time between appointments. Our engineer will usually call when they are around 30 minutes away so you have a more accurate idea of their arrival.
