We cannot fault Gas Tech Heating. From our initial contact to job completion everyone was very professional and helpful.
We would highly recommend and would not hesitate to use them again.

The booking process was great, was reminded of the boiler servicing appointment, and the Gas Tech Heating colleague who serviced my boiler was polite and very knowledgeable.

Gas Tech heating were a fantastic company to deal with from start to finish. Tom carried out a boiler replacement and a system conversion from a vented cylinder to sealed cylinder system. Also, installed a new Hive smart thermostat. We found the communication and customer care were excellent by both Evie and Tom. As others have mentioned, Gas Tech Heating's quote was the most competitive from others we received and we wanted to deal with a private company rather than a franchise. Tom arrived within the time frame provided and carried out the work with courtesy and tidiness. He worked hard throughout the day and provided excellent workmanship. He was respectful towards the property and left everything clean and tidy when finished. The new boiler is very quiet. Tom will be our new gas engineer from now on and we look forward to seeing him again for our annual boiler service. A very big thank you from us!

They responded very quickly when I reported that we didn't have any hot water. Came the next day and quickly solved the problem.

We needed to have a old gas fire removed, along with having the pipes removed as well. Thomas communicated through email to arrange a date and time to visit. We received a text letting us know of his arrival, which is so handy, just in case. Thomas and his accomplice arrived on time, as always. Very polite and friendly. They let us know of any issues, which there wasn’t luckily, the removal of the ancient fire was fairly straightforward. They finished after an hour and cleaned up afterwards. The quote was a lot lower than we were expecting, and the job was cleanly completed, with no problems. Very happy with the outcome and we will be booking them back to replace our boiler. We would definitely recommend Thomas and his team to repair, replace or service any problems you may have with plumbing or heating. Thank you Thomas.

Incredibly helpful, professional and tidy. Tom was flexible and reliable when we had a number of difficult situations with other contractors and the water board.

Tom and his team installed a new boiler, bathroom and cloakroom for us. They were friendly and helpful with good advice and very tidy in their work. We are very pleased with the work carried out.
Happy to leave them working while we were out of the house.

Absolutely fantastic company to work with, they have really adapted to the way we do things, and are always very helpful via phone and email. We have been mainly working with Evie, and she is very prompt with her response times, as well as being very friendly and helpful. All jobs have been completed with professionalism. 10/10!

Tom of Gas Tech Heating has installed a new boiler and underfloor heating in our extension and we are very satisfied with his work.
We also called him at short notice, as we had a problem with our water supply. He came promptly and sorted the problem quickly and efficiently.
