I have been with Gate.com probably close to 10 years. I have five websites with them. Throughout the years, I made calls for various issues including technical support and even billing. Every time I have called, they have solved my problem with no issue. And, when I do call, I always get a live person (Lord know, I hate machine generated prompts). Their pricing is very competitive with other companies. And their phone support is top notch. I highly recommend Gate.com

I have been a customer of Gate.com for more than 10 years and I am very happy with the services. Even though my site is a personal website with travel pictures, this is exactly the type of provider I was looking for. I can't remember the last time the servers were not and if they were I did not notice it. I had to call technical services a couple of times during the more than 10 years for minor problems mainly concerning emails and it was always fixed promptly and to my entire satisfaction. Gate is a great host. I've used them for years for website hosting and am currently doing a WordPress implementation with them. If you have an issue, you can live chat in minutes (which I've done many times recently.) There are lots of hosts, but being able to get tech support when it's needed is where it's at.

Being a novice with domain maintenance, server set-up, website launching, etc., Gate.com's customer service and tech support have always been highly competent, respectful, and helpful in resolving my issues.

We are a small company and don’t want to administer our own email server – it’s not our expertise. It is Gate’s expertise and we depend upon them for it. Email is our primary method of getting orders, so dependable email service is critical to us. The thing I like most is there is little to no wait when we need technical support. We have been a customer since before it was Gate and have been satisfied all these years and still are.

I needed to get an SSL certificate for my website (it is a non-profit foundation's website) and I am not very tech savvy. the customer rep was extremely patient and provided assistance that was geared for my level of expertise (or lack thereof). That is why I have stuck with Gate all of these years. You do not have to be a technology wiz to use or understand their services.
