Gate is more organized than me. I have several small websites and manage domains on Gate, including some for friends. For some of them I get email, some I don’t. I had email trouble and it turned out to be for a site with DNS from Gate and mail forwarding from someone else. The call to Gate was great and even though it had nothing to do with their service, the CSR told me what the issue was and what to tell the other provider. Really excellent service.

Needed to check status of my web subscription, worked like a charm

Whenever I have any questions about my website and email management, the technical department gives me prompt and correct instructions that help me with any problem I encounter. I do not have to wait hours on the phone for assistance I am connected to the troubleshooting department almost immediately.

Over the years I have several websites and managed a couple more. One site was noted to be the largest high school alumni site in the USA. A couple of times, mainly due to my inexperience I totally destroyed one site and I was going to delete the site but the technical people said let them try to recreate the site. Amazingly they put it all back together. I was so impressed that they took the time to work with me, I have recommended then to several people to gate.com who were looking for web hosting services.

I am the web master for my church. The web site went down so I called Gate customer service. Within minutes Gate knew exactly what to do and the web site was back up and running. Gate asked me the right questions and guided me to a quick solution, thank you. David

The most knowledgeable, helpful and patient people you could hope to do business with. I've used their virtual server services for many years and continue to receive 5 star service as a valued customer. I know that when I run into a problem, it will usually require in-depth knowledge to resolve.

Where my knowledge ends, theirs continues and far exceeds my own. I've been a computer technician and Computer Support Specialist for over 35 years. I opened the first internet cafe in Ottawa and have owned 6 computer stores & internet cafes. I have multiple diplomas and certifications in everything from Novell Netware to Microsoft. But I still don't hold a candle to their light - their ability to keep things running smoothly sets them apart from other companies.

PRICE! You save a LOT of money with Gate.com because they include a services others pay for. For example, email and domain forwarding. I highly recommend Gate.com for customer service, knowledge, price, and value.

I've been a client of Gate.com for years and have always been highly satisfied with their services and support. The site is easy to navigate, reminders are timely and, when needed, the support team is responsive and reliable. The costs are competitive.

I like the Gate.com for since the 90s they stood by us with very good response and support whenever we neede it. Their live help is courteous and sound. Their communication is top rate.

They provide a great service. Never a problem. I guess they have the latest technology. Very happy with Gate.

Gate.com scammed me too. Once you give them your credit card they charge you without any authorization for services you did not order. I was charged $92 for hosting plan i have never ordered. Then they tried to charge me $19 activation fee after i disputed their bogus charges. I tried to get their legal name and address so i can file a lawsuit against them - but they are hiding and not giving their information. Be ware of these scammers!!!

Gate.com has provided excellent, uninterrupted service for over 15 years. I highly recommend them.
