I have used Gatekeeper to manage my rental property since 2019 in the Swindon area. I have always been supported by a very professional, efficient and friendly organisation.

The process from onboarding new tenants and off boarding departing tenants is really closely managed by Gatekeeper.

Dealing with Phil and Gatekeeper is always a pleasure. He does what he says he will do, open, honest and trustworthy. He and his team have never let me down or failed me to date.

I can't recommend Gate Keeper highly enough. Selling a house can be a stressful process, and mine was even more so with a Section 106. Gatekeeper from the beginning have been helpful, informative and kept us updated throughout.When Phil Kendall came to undertake the valuation he was polite, friendly and explained about his agency. He had some research of the history of the house and his was the first to give us a valuation which coincided with other agencies.
He also gave us good deal on the fee for their service which was very appealing .
All the staff we came in contact with were all helpful, friendly and knowledgable.

Someone actually bothers to answer the phone here at this company, unlike one particular estate agent in Swindon. You are taken care of at Gatekeeper. Someone keeps you updated all the time, you are not on the phone all the time wondering what is going on and how things are coming along. The staff are friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Great service. And they know the area well. No complaints at all.
