This was my first time renting in decades and I was in the dark about much of the process. Kush, Sam and the other kind people at Gatekeeper walked me though everything and were endlessly patient when I hit problems or needed time to gather information and documents etc. Going forward I feel in good hands and know that they’re on hand to help if anything comes up.

I was recommended Gatekeeper by a friend and am glad I met with them to discuss my needs.
They were clear on the whole process from the outset and managed to secure a tenant very quickly.
They always stay in contact ensuring any queries are answered and I am looking forward to working with them.

I can’t recommend Taylor Symons at Gatekeepers highly enough. She has been absolutely excellent in helping me secure my perfect flat. The whole process has been incredibly smooth from start to finish, and her communication has been fantastic throughout. From the time I got a valuation from Gate Keeper at the Swindon branch through to the sale of my mums property. Gate Keeper have been professional, and very efficient. They talked me through each stage and the whole process has been made so much easier because of all the teams help. I would not hesitate to recommend them.

The mass amounts of repeated emails and texts, reminders etc is way too much! Incredibly pushy and dishonest. I dont like my phone blowing up and i dont need 3 reminders of an appointment. If i dont fill out feedback- dont send several reminders to fill out feedback (youll get a bad review)
However, Harry was very friendly and professional. Showed us everything answered all my questions.

Fast, straightforward communication. An estate agent named "Taylor" showed us around the property with a nice relaxed attitude and answered all our queries and questions.

Grace was great was start to finish. Grace called us before to make sure we knew how to get to the property and was very helpful and knowledgeable which smooth out our nervous

Had a viewing with Grace today in swindon and she was very personable. Great deal of knowledge and happy to take away some questions I had and come back to me with an answer. Also spoke with Sam on the phone who was also very easy to deal with and very polite.
