Free trial couldn't be used

Free trial couldn't be used, got reminders about a pending invoice dated the day I should've started the trial amd couldn't connect in the app. Kinda pointless then to mention a trial.

We’re really sorry you weren’t able to use the free trial as expected. That’s definitely not the experience we wanted you to have, especially if you were receiving invoice reminders before you could even connect in the app.

We understand how frustrating that must have been, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. If you’d still be open to giving GatewayVPN another try, we’d be happy to offer you a free 1-month subscription so you can test the service properly without worrying about the trial issue.
