Gatwick Expert Airport Transfer レビュー

Ali was fantastic! We booked just a few hours before our flight, and he arrived right on time for the pickup. He was super friendly, and my kid absolutely loved his beard! Highly recommended and happy to use Gatwick Expert Airport Transfer again.

Ali was absolutely wonderful! He drove us from London to Bath and the Cotswolds and made the entire day so easy and enjoyable. He was punctual, professional, respectful, and incredibly patient throughout the trip. We always felt comfortable and well taken care of. Such a kind gentleman. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and would highly recommend Ali!

Ali is fantastic! We’ve used him twice now with two children and LOTS of luggage and he’s beyond helpful and extremely lovely with our toddler. The kid’s car seats provided are great quality which is also a rarity in many taxis! Thank you, Ali - we highly recommend your service

Have been using Gatwick Expert for a few years and now know we can always rely on Ali when our family needs to get to or from Heathrow. He tracks our flight, gets in contact once we have landed and shares his location so we can know where to find him in the pick-up / drop-off zone. Reasonably priced too.

Great professionalism. The driver came prepared with the car seats for our two babies, was punctual and friendly!

From the moment I met the driver I knew I’d made the right decision. Friendly, nothing too much trouble and most importantly incredibly prompt with the latest data at his fingertips. Would be 10
Out of 5 if that was an option

Really loved your service, thank you very much, don’t know what more to say than thank you. And my best driver Mr Babtunde thank you as well.

Good communication. On time. No issues. Worth it !

First class service all the time! Have been a customer for a few years now. Highly recommended

Always on time, always being polite.
10/10 reccomended.

Booked our journeys to and back from airport. Both times our driver Mr Ali was in time and we had no issues. Definitely recommended!

They came on time and with the 2 chairs for my baby and toddler. It was an easy journey, thanks !

The service was great to and from the airport. Instructions were very clear with prompt communication!

Really great experience! Had great banter with ali

Excellent taxi service from start to finish. Communication was great, everything was arranged clearly and efficiently. The vehicle was clean and comfortable and Mr Ali was punctual and very helpful.
Airport drop off and pick up we’re completely stress free, which made travelling with the family so much easier.
Baby car seat provided at no extra cost which was thoughtful and much appreciated.
Price was reasonable for the excellent service.
Reliable, professional and genuinely customer focused. I would highly recommend this taxi company and will definitely use them again.

Gatwick North terminal assisted travel is diabolical. I am a non walking wheelchair user my son was told to push me running after a buggy driver who had two passenger. Not only was this dangerous as I could have tipped out of my wheelchair and done some serious damage .Waited ages for the hydrolic lift to turn up and was then transported on to plane in a narrow chair with no seat belt which was very scary and instead of being the first I was one of the last on board and someone was sitting in my seat so had to be told to move not only that had to wait until I was seated. The whole experience from start to finish was horrendous . Gatwick north assisted travel is no longer fit for purpose .

Ali is fantastic and very helpful. Would highly recommend him.

Our second time using these guys for airport transfers and I wouldn’t use anyone else! They are amazing, communicate every step of the way and very reasonably priced! Excellent service

Amazing service and driver really went out of his way to help us hands on. Highly recommended.

Our driver David was on time and waiting for departure and arrival and waited for us at Gatwick when our plane was delayed. He was still smiling and very pleasant. Highly recommended.
