Gatwick Expert Airport Transfer レビュー

Polite and reliable. We have been using their airport transfer for our family trips. Highly recommended

It was a brilliant experience. Driver was on time and the car was neat and tidy. The driver was very friendly and was professional. Overall a very pleasant ride.

GE are super reliable and efficient. Wouldn’t use any other firm .

I used this company on my wedding day to accommodate our family who required transport to and from the venue. We had an absolutely wonderful experience and couldn’t be more grateful. Our driver was a kind and genuinely thoughtful person who went out of his way to make sure everyone felt comfortable and at ease throughout the journey. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and his professionalism truly stood out—especially on such an important day.
He arrived right on time, the vehicle was spotless, and everything ran smoothly from start to finish. It made such a difference knowing our family was in safe and capable hands, allowing us to relax and enjoy the moment.
I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company to anyone looking for reliable, friendly, and high-quality transport—particularly for special occasions. Thank you again for helping make our wedding day even more memorable!

I used Gatwick Expert Airport Transfers for the first time yesterday, and I couldn’t be more pleased with the experience.

I needed a dependable taxi for a late evening pickup from Gatwick, so I spent some time browsing different companies and reading through Google reviews. This company stood out thanks to the consistently positive feedback, so I went ahead and booked a cab via their website a couple of days in advance.

After making the booking, my flight timing changed due to operational reasons, meaning I had to adjust my pickup details. I emailed them, and they handled the change quickly and efficiently, which was a huge relief.

Their pricing was also very competitive. I compared quite a few options, and for a journey of around 2 hours and 30 minutes, they offered the best rate by far.

A big shoutout to Ali, my driver. I had scheduled the pickup for 21:10, as my flight was due to land at 19:45, giving me time for immigration and baggage. However, everything moved faster than expected and I was ready by 20:18. Before I even reached out, Ali had already sent me a welcome message. When I asked if he could come earlier, he arrived within 5 minutes, which was fantastic.

Ali was friendly, easy to talk to, and made the journey very enjoyable. The vehicle itself was spotless, roomy, and comfortable—perfect for a long drive.

I’d definitely recommend Gatwick Expert Airport Transfers to anyone in need of a punctual, reliable, and trustworthy service, especially if you’re booking for the first time and want peace of mind. A great experience all around!

On both occasions the drivers were ready when needed, professional and very helpful. We needed additional car seats,no problem. The cars were spotless. The experience was very pleasant and I would highly recommend the company

The other day I used their service and, to be honest, it was excellent. The price was very competitive, and they were punctual and professional throughout—highly recommended.

We also requested a car seat for a toddler, and it was exactly what we needed. The vehicle was clean and well-maintained as well.

Excellent service. Friendly and helpful.

On time, smooth journey, joyful conversation, has chairs for all ages (we have 5 under 6 years, so this can be a challenge). Extremely helpful with luggage and very professional and makes it all easy.

Always before time, clean and comfortable car, safe driving

We’ve been using Ali for our airport trips for a long time. For myself and family visits too. Always on time, with great communication on WhatsApp and a friendly, competitive service, and good driving (unlike other similar companies I’ve dealt with).

We have been using this taxi company for many years and continue to book them for all our airport journeys. Ali and his team of drivers are always punctual, reliable, super friendly, and communication is excellent from start to finish. As a family, we really appreciate that they provide car seats for our kids as well.

Highly recommend!

Great service, always punctual, polite, and very helpful drivers, specially baby seats available all the time. Highly recommend.

Ali is just 100% reliable and dependable, friendly and helpful . Wouldn’t use another company now .

Excellent and timely service. The car was neat and comfortable. Moreover, the driver was very polite and friendly. Loved the ride and good conversation.

Ali was fantastic! Early to arrive, super helpful (even after drop off he made sure we ended up in the right place), great driver, perfect vehicle. Planning to set up for return!

Wasn't there when we landed. Didn't track flight to see when we'd landed on time. Was clearly off elsewhere doing another job. Left us standing in the cold at 11.30pm.

No apology for being late. Multiple calls unanswered, head office hanging up on me.

I'll try one of the 20+ other options next time.

Great experience with Ali, he tracked my flight so I didn’t need to worry abo it delays and he texted me to let me know where my baggage would arrive. Cheerful, polite and funny on the drive back, cracked some good ‘dad jokes’. It’s a very friendly, family-run service - I spoke to Ali and then later his wife when I went to make an amend to the booking. Able to accommodate a last-minute 2.30am pick up too, which is ideal. I was worried my flight might be delayed and I’d need to cancel my booking, but they assured me they’d issue a refund if this was the case. Great service!

This company does NOT respond to emails or messages. It it almost impossible to amend or cancel your booking. Will not use again!
