Having just opened a savings account I could not find my new account number or sort code.
Having just opened a savings account, which was very straight forward and uncomplicated, I logged onto my new account in order to find my new account number and sort code but to my dismay, this information was nowhere to be found anywhere within my account details! Therefore I could not make a transfer into the account. I called customer services and spoke with an extremely helpful young man, who quickly solved the issue.

Have been with GB for a while; good so far.
I needed advice over the phone today, my call was answered promptly and helpfully by Rob in Newcastle upon Tyne. Uk call answering is helpful for me because I have hearing impairment and have difficulty understanding overseas call centres.
There was a small problem opening a new account on line using iPad safari so I was advised to do it on Google which did work. I suspect that a section of the GB software isnât compatible with Safari but with help on the phone we sorted it using google.
Otherwise apart from the software issue it would have been 5 star
