Good competitive interest rates.
Very accessible by phone and answer without delay. Speak to a real person. Staff all speak English and so no issues in communication. All staff always very helpful and knowledgeable in their products and systems. Staff are always very patient when sorting things out, very polite.
Today spoke to their colleague, Chantelle who quite happily stayed on the phone whilst I made payments from another bank, to make sure the money hit my GB bank account without issue. Very reassuring when moving large sums of money. Thanks Chantelle and thanks to all your colleagues.

Rob was extremely helpful and patient in helping me set up my account. He spent 46 minutes on the phone going through each step online with me; even with me asking him basic questions I had just to make sure I had understood all the information correctly.
