We will take the time to reassure them that their printer will not “crash” or fail if they don’t buy an expensive branded cartridge – despite the frightening error messages that may flash up on your printer from time to time. Liam called as he had compared my…
Liam called as he had compared my current order to my previous one and noticed the cartridges were different. Actually the mistake was on my previous order (I had given these to my daughter). He included a prepaid envelope for me to return them for credit against my next order. What service :-)

The cartridges arrived very quickly. Unfortunately one set was not working correctly but after a couple of calls to GBC it was sorted out promptly. Very impressed
