Due to our chain, our move was delayed each week meaning Sophie had to continue rewriting our file every week which is more work than she really should have been doing.

My house sale was dealt with by Rebecca (Saunders) and was amazingly entirely stress-free! Communication was excellent, service was friendly and professional. Great Communication and Service
Louise was very proactive and kept me informed throughout my sale. The chain was more complex than normal because of a land registry issue further up the chain but the communication from GBLF was really clear and helped reduce the stress when things aren't straight forward.
