GB Mobile was one of the few places I could get the item I wanted at a reasonable price. The service was excellent and the item arrived before the date given.

My order was dispatched without fuss and arrived when it was supposed to. Very happy with service.

Sent the wrong length wires then stopped replying to my emails for replacements

I bought a an official 30w Google charger on the 8th August 2025. The price was good and delivery was fast.
On the 8th September I informed the company, buy email that the charger has stopped working. They advised to send the charger back for testing. It took several more emails before I got a returns form and then several more before I was sent a pre-paid label. The pre-paid label was just first class with no tracking. I sent it that night and waited.

After 2 weeks with no email I contacted them again. They were slow to reply with a message asking if I had sent it by recorded delivery, intimating that the charger has not arrived and they would check with their manager. I have sent a few further emails to wick I have had no reply. It's now 27th October and am without a charger or a refund.

I don't expect I will get a working charger or a refund. This is one of the worst companies I have every delt with. I wish I had paid a few pounds more and ordered it from a high street retailer. Very poor customer service. You have been warned!

Ordered a 2m phone charger cable but received a 1m. Asked to send a photo so I did, then waited several days to get a reply. Send it back to us? Rude with no apology or explanation of who to send it to. Told them I was going to write a bad review due to their appalling customer service. Their reply was Thanks. Vile company

I ordered the wrong cable so emailed my request to send the one I needed. Sara from customer services emailed me back quite quickly and told me she would tell the warehouse to amend the order. I received the correct cable, so Sara thnx so much for your speedy response and action. Very happy with service and delivery time.

What made the experience great is that,the product was delivered on time.

At first, customer service responded to my email, but once I explained that the package was still unopened and I wanted to exchange it, they completely stopped replying. This left me very disappointed and feeling that customers are not valued. I expected a more professional service.

Fast no fuss delivery good price,genuine item

Brilliant company to deal with, I wanted a genuine Apple connection for my mobile phone. Unfortunately It had been discontinued at Apple, spent ages searching and reading reviews, until I found it at GB Mobile. It arrived quickly and is the genuine article. I would definitely order from here again.

Your charger is good but cable is not good not original

I received a faulty plug, they asked me to send it back for “testing” didn’t apologise or offer a replacement!
I had paid for express shipping as my daughter was without a charger.
They were just very short, rude and unprofessional.
Do not buy from this company!!

I was initially weary about ordering from here. I didn't check reviews until after I bought a Google Pixel charger for £20 (£21.50 for fast delivery). The Google website shop was selling it for £25 (£30 for fast delivery), so I thought this was a better deal. After I placed my order, I read reviews here and was doubtful of GB Mobile's legitimacy, especially since some reviews looked fake. I'm happy to say that I received my item on time, and was kept up-to-date with online tracking. I know it was only a small order, but I am a happy customer.
