Suitcase came apart after one use
Company denied responsibility then ignored all correspondence.
Not worth the hassle

Great quality

I ordered my suitcase which looks exactly how it should it’s just a shame it doesn’t hold a lot more inside it than it does, I ordered a medium and was disappointed, because it was personalised I couldn’t send back. I would order again but definitely order a large suitcase.

I am pleased with the product I brought I have used this website several times but my experiencer on reordering a phone case wasn't 5 stars because I had to order twice and pay twice but the product is great as are the other items I have brought
I did buy a personalised suitcase and would say that I would like it to be coloured and personalised on both sides not just one

Bad people. A handle broke on second use. 3 month old suitcase with a broken handle. They were totally dismissive of an approach to fix this. They said it was fair wear and tear!
Avoid them.

Shocking customer service. Product looks good but suitcase handle brine straight away. Customer ‘service’ team totally disinterested. For a fairly expensive product they are totally unresponsive and unhelpful.

Avoid.

Exceptional quality and delivery times kept and met perfect ordering situation will order again from you most definitely

Suitcase was good for the first 2 uses however sadly on the third, the zip started coming undone from the inside meaning you could just run your finger down it and get into it, completely bypassing the lock. On the same trip the plastic cracked. Contacted customer services to query warranty particularly around the zip clearly being faulty but received similar responses to other reviews - not covered, not our problem. Really disappointed as I had been pleased with the design. Unfortunately I don’t recommend.

Suitcase falling to pieces after one trip on a short haul flight. The casing around the zip has split. Been in touch with customer services and they are not interested. £150 for a case that has fell apart on its first outing had to purchase a strap to hold it together at the airport please think twice before you buy a suitcase from this company as you are throwing your money down the drain. I have footage of the damage which I will be forwarding onto the relevant authorities to claim compensation.

Please avoid this company, worst customer service department I have ever come across.
Messaged to ask if I I could get a repair on a broken wheel. I was shocked at the response. Was literally told " dont come for us, go to the airline who smashed up your case". I didnt ask for replacement or wasnt rude (have screenshots) honestly shocked!!!!
Was problems with delivery and case was printed with wrong font so start. Please AVOID AVOID AVOID

I would strongly advise against ordering from LIVE x MAINTAIN, particularly for personalised or time-sensitive items.

I purchased a personalised suitcase as a gift, with clear instructions for the name and font to be added. This was not done. As a result, the product was not as ordered and the entire purpose of the purchase was undermined.

Despite this being an error on their part, the only initial solution offered was a replacement cover insert, which does not address the issue of missing personalisation. I requested a replacement and a partial refund due to the inconvenience caused, however this was refused outright.

The return process has also been unnecessarily rigid and inconvenient, requiring multiple back-and-forth emails, strict adherence to their internal policy, and placing additional burden on the customer to resolve an issue they caused.

There has been no meaningful accountability or willingness to offer a reasonable resolution or goodwill gesture, even in light of the time-sensitive nature of the order.

While the product itself may be acceptable, the overall customer service experience has been poor. Based on this experience, I will not be ordering again and would not recommend this company to others.

Perfect thanks fast efficient service

Absolutely amazing service. The initial parcel seemed to have been lost at the DPD Hub in Birmingham. The company had no hesitation in producing and sending out a further order. I would highly recommend this company.

After leaving a poor review of my experience this company attempted to have my review removed for defamation. Thankfully trustpilot did not allow this. Just goes to show the disingenuous culture of this company. Avoid at all costs

Really terrible experiences with this company. I ordered twice from them and they cancelled both orders before Christmas. Which meant the Christmas gift wouldn’t come and they continued to offer stupid excuses. Then I contacted customer service who are the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. Using phrases like “make it make sense” and “you don’t know how to listen”. I ordered the gift a third after two cancelled orders and the order never came. I contacted them and they were extremely unhelpful. I tried to get a refund for two months and they tried to make jump through hoops because they wanted me to give up on the suitcase I ordered. Contacted Revolut. Got my money back. Such a shame as custom suitcases are a niche market. Wouldn’t recommend. Stay away

I wanted a particular design on my phone case and the team provided an example of how it would look. I changed my mind on background colour but still it was no trouble for them to provide a sample photo. I ordered it and it arrived within 3 days and is even better than I thought. I would highly recommend them and will certainly be buying from them again as they will make great presents as they are very affordable

"Zero stars for service. The suitcase looks great but the shell dented immediately. When I reached out to the manufacturer, I was met with total hostility. The agent was sarcastic from the second he picked up the phone. When I tried to explain that the dent seemed to be a material flaw, he laughed and told me to 'stop wasting his time' before hanging up. Avoid this brand if you value being treated like a human being."
