Great company would highly recommend for any resin bound aggregate
Good customer service

I placed an order with this company on Monday a week ago having been told it would be with me by Thursday that week . I then get a confirmation email saying it would be there on Friday between 2 and 4pm i rang at 4.10 when it didn't arrive to find the office shut .I didn't receive or hear any over the weekend so rang Monday to hear excuses the the driver ran out of hours and they had arranged another driver but he rang in sick, at this point i was told they had another driver and my order would be with by 12.00.
I rang back to find out why it hadn't arrived by 12.00 and was put through to a mail box i rang back to be told they were working on it and would get back to me, they did and promised it would be there between 2 and 3pm . Nobody offered an apology even though i told this cost me wages to pay hire equipment that i didn't use and the fact i let down my customer which reflects back on my company.
This company has proved to be poorly managed with a severe lack of customer skill and organisation
