Customer service excellent with fast response, deliver quicker than I expected, great fit and quality, more offers around bundles world be good.

Beyond terrible experience; took weeks of time with zero savings.

Spam emails coming from growmodereach but redirecting to Pump.

No idea (or legal way) as to how they found my email, then received continual emails - like "But, is there someone else that I should reach about cloud spend?

If not, you can give me a profanity-filled reply to leave you guys alone."

Pump employs collective purchasing and artificial intelligence through its PumpGPT technology to assist me in reducing significant costs on my AWS expenses without the need for technical involvement. Pump's user interface is not only user-friendly but also visually appealing. Sharing my cost-saving reports and valuable insights with other members of the leadership team is a seamless process. One noteworthy aspect of Pump is its minimal requirement for AWS permissions (just billing) which gives me trust in their system.

I love Pump and think it is definitely a no-brainer. Takes seconds to set up and no engineering effort and has helped me save over 60% every month on my previously gargantuan AWS bill. I like that the savings are high even though the product is free.
