Very responsive and helpful
Very responsive and helpful. They answer questions fast and I was able to get me gcms notes sooner than expected. Amazing service. I’d highly recommend.

Difficulty with consent form…
Difficulty with consent form requirements. Required paper printed consent form to be signed with pen and scanned.

Thank you for the feedback. We understand the consent form process can feel like an extra step. The requirement to print, sign, and scan is set by IRCC and CBSA, and we cannot accept digital or typed signatures on their behalf.
