I bought airpod pros from here, very high quality product that works as intended with good battery life and you can listen to music or watch anything with them wherever you like, good product and i highly recommend.

I had ordered a watch that stopped charging. Customer service were extremely help with suggestions and after following the instructions. It was decided that a new replacement would be sent.
I am really happy with my waterproof watch. And the help that i was given.

Ordering was straightforward and the kit arrived quickly. Unfortunately, one item was not what I ordered. I contacted Gear Geek, they replied straightaway and once I’d filled in their returns form the correct item was despatched and arrived in a day or two. I will be using Gear Geek again.

I bought the air pro pods and they are a good cheap airpod alternative.

Terrible company. The smart watches are really bad quality but I guess you get what you pay for. It didn’t register steps correctly it is extremely inaccurate and when i requested a refund I just keep getting sent a copy and pasted email from Sandeep telling me to reset the watch. I have never ordered something online and had to “prove” why I want a refund..just give me a bloody refund! Scamming and cheap company.

I bought a smartwatch that had a software issue. Their customer services were a great help and a replacement was delivered very quickly. I will buy from Gear Geek again 🙂

The air pro were really good and Sounds good But the only thing Is that it doesn’t pop up like the real ones

If I could rate 0 I would. This was simply the worst customer service I ever seen . I’ve ordered a sport watch which was delivered on time but it was faulty so I sent an email to customer service. They told me I never ordered the watch so I had to contact them again with the order number. Then they asked me to send a video. Then they asked for a different quality video. Now they are asking for some weird format that I cannot produce on my phone. 5 or 6 emails in and I am in the state I will have to call my bank and report them as fraudolent.
DO NOT BUY FROM THEM - THERE IS A RESON THEY ARE SO CHEAP

Received a faulty pair of ear pods. I’m now having to jump through hoops, filming myself charging them etc to try and get a refund/ return details. Which I’m pretty sure breaks some sort of distance selling rule.

I took a punt on some of their Flex headphones after my Beats Flex broke. Reviews seemed good and thought I'd give them a go.
Delivery was about £4, quite steep but worth a go as they offer 90 day returns.
Headphones arrived and they were rubbish. No better than something I could have got for £7 on Amazon.
Contacted them for a return which they promptly replied to, but I need to pay for the return myself.
At this point I have spent £8 with nothing to show for it.
Buy cheap buy twice (and pay postage twice I guess)..

EDIT: I emailed them based on the comment below, assuming there was a mistake or that they wanted to offer an olive branch. Their reply was 'You need to return this on your own'. Absolute jokers, steer clear.

Got these for my niece and nephew and they love them easy to set up great sound and price thanks
