I bought the wrong product as the description heading was misleading but Geargeek were not interested in refunding so I could reorder an alternative charger

Ordered 2 set of head phones 14/9/24, not delivered after 3 weeks, chased them, they have only now sent one pair and not replied to the email chasing the extra pair.

This Gear geek order was Amazing, delivery was excellent and the sound quality of the earbud pods pros are truly something else!
If they were to ever get broken I’d instantly go back to gear geek without a second thought!

I recently found this website, it’s a new favourite of a parent of teenagers

Speedy delivery. Ordered a whiteboard. A great price, it came with whiteboard markers and wipers. Easy to use and so useful for making notes as I research my family history. I can make various notes when names, dates or records are discovered, then once any details are proved or disproved they can be either highlighted or easily wiped away. Really pleased and would definitely recommend the whiteboard and Gear Geek.

Dispatched the same day and arrived 48 hours later, really happy with the quality of the earphones so far, more comfy than my apple AirPods.

Always a simple process to order and a speedy process in getting your purchased items

Unfortunately my review is negative.
I ordered a sport watch, but unfortunately it didn’t charge !!
I was sent another watch but again it didn’t charge as well, after 12 hours charging! The service was awful!!
I was asked to return the two watches but no word about the postage cost incurred by me!!
Hopefully they will refund total amount in due course!!

Poor service. Contacted the company straight away to say just realised ordered wrong item as did not fit what I needed it for. Says on website as long as cancel before dispatched can cancel. Got email straight away to say that couldn’t cancel as already been actioned, however did not receive item for nearly 5 days and when checked postage with Royal Mail wasn’t sent out until 2 days after I cancelled so should have been cancelled. Also, this now means I now have to pay the returns cost which is completely unacceptable when this could have been avoided on both sides. When contacted customer service you are not listened to even though asked for complaint to be escalated. Avoid.

I brought a fitness tracker from gear geek I thought it was great at first plus good price. BUT it broke within 2 weeks and unfortunately gear geek were not interested and refused to do anything about it. VERY DISAPPOINTED

The items were exactly as described and I was kept up to date with shipping and delivery times, all went exactly as planned. My only slight concern it was just a little slow from ordering to shipping otherwise it would have been 5star.

Ear pods pro arrived well packaged and on time. Sons are delighted with them. So similar to iPod for much cheaper price.

I’ve had a couple of pairs of these. They lasted about 2 years (and I use them a lot) which for the price is great. Sound quality is good, so really no reason to go with other more expensive options.

Purchasing online was tasty although more information or being able to compare items against each other would help.
Paid the postage for three day postage but unfortunately you use Royal Mail!
Wednesday failed to deliver, Thursday failed to deliver, Friday delivery late afternoon, three hours after I’ve gone on holiday for 10 days - very disappointing.
Can’t leave any feedback as don’t have my item🤕

Excellent company, fantastic products and amazing customer service. My go-to for tech and gadgets. Can’t recommend enough.
