Ordered on Thursday evening with 48 hour delivery. Advised arrival on Tuesday, delivered Wednesday. Tracking seemed to show arrival twice at Leeds Royal Mail.
Bought three Garmin Watch charging cables this time because of the price drop. The last one gave up the ghost only after about 6-months.

I ordered few items and received one less. Emailed customer service and one Sandeep responded asking me to send the photo of the items I received, for which I complied. Then I am asked to log into 'my account ' make the claim! I have no such account with Gear Geek and I feel this is just a way of making the claim difficult. Customers BEWARE!!!

randomly disconnects from your phone or pauses every few seconds. my phone was glitching many times because they were being stubborn when connecting. i’ve only bought them recently, i’ve had them for maybe about a week. definitely not worth it.

Been scammed I placed 2 orders didn't receive the first order atall .
2nd order I paid nextday delivery but it arrived 4 days late even then they had sent the wrong plug I've been back and forth with them all-day via email and getting nowhere atall with them !! They said they would refund my delivery charges as I paid £5.99 nextday delivery these people just can't be trusted and I'll have no choice but to do a charge back to my card I wouldn't even give them 1 star I'd urge caution if people want to risk ordering with them

Super sneaky returns policy. Sale items are final sale but you won't be told this on the product page, or when you order, or in a confirmation email. You shouldn't have to search for that kind of information hidden in small text on another page. Abysmal service. Definitely lost a customer.

Be careful of their returns policy. Doesn’t apply to any of their discounted items. I’m sure this is hidden in their terms and conditions but wasn’t obvious at time of purchase. Now stuck with a sports smartwatch that is an absolute piece of junk. I won’t be using this company again.

Great aerial plug and play scanned tv picked up 176 channels first time! Couple of the channels freeze now and again but for the price Im not complaining. I was so impressed with this little aerial for the money I bought a 2nd for my bedroom tv.
Delivery was quick and came when they said it would! Overall 10/10 from me

Would give no stars if I could. Wrong item sent, diabolical customer service, needed the item for a holiday. Had to send 10 emails, 2 videos, 4 photos to prove that wrong item had been sent. Eventually said they would send correct item however would not send for next day delivery so I will not be getting it in time for my holiday. I now have to purchase the item from an alternative retailer for next day delivery. Absolute joke! Customer service non existent. Returns process ridiculous. Will NEVER EVER use again or recommend. I can see they have replied asking me to reach out... I sent 12 emails yesterday trying to resolve this to no avail... customer service are not interested in the customer or fulfilling my order which they messed up! I won't have my item for my holiday and have had to go to another supplier and pay again.... my review stands you are incompetent and useless!
