The quality was poor and the mic was even worse. The return process was not straight forward and not free, you have to submit a return snd then reply to an email to confirm.

I posted a question to Gear Geek regarding a Usb 18watt Plug to charge my handwarmer.Got a reply the next working day to confirm the plug was suitable.l ordered the plug which arrived a day earlier than expected. Very good customer service. Had a set of headphones which went faulty after 10 months, and (after a bit of to-ing and fro-ing sending them videos etc. of the fault) received an immediate refund.

Perfect- bought a set but they were defective emailed customer service and they sent me a replacement no hassle and it was in my hand in 2 days

Was sent what clearly look like second hand opened products.
Not sealed and when tested the earbuds could not hear anything when making or receiving calls.
Sent an email trying to return the faulty earbuds but have no reply or response whatsoever.
Avoid!!!

I always buy from Geer Geek. Good quality for a good price. Fast delivery, well packaged and no problems.

I am utterly disappointed with both the quality of the headphones and the appalling customer service I have received from this retailer. I purchased two pairs of headphones, both of which were clearly of poor quality and not functioning as expected. To make matters worse, it seems as though these headphones may have been previously used, which is absolutely unacceptable.

After completing their refund form with all the necessary details, I reached out to the retailer multiple times via email (info at geargeek.co.uk) to request a refund. Despite sending two follow-up emails, I have yet to receive any response. I also tried contacting them by phone (0808 175 1640), but there was no answer whatsoever. It has now been weeks since my initial request, and I have received zero communication or resolution.

This experience has been incredibly frustrating, and the lack of customer support is beyond disappointing. Not only did I receive subpar products, but I’ve also been completely ignored when trying to resolve the issue. I strongly urge potential customers to reconsider purchasing from this retailer, as they clearly have no regard for customer satisfaction or providing quality products.

Do not waste your time or money here.

Usually enjoy my purchases from gear geek on headphones but this time they just sent me cheap headphones from china. When you turn them on they speak in Chinese and feel very cheap. Not the usual standard I’ve come to expect from gear geek.
